Frontier

Consistently great service from Frontier. We only had 2 small outages this entire year compared to Spectrum, and they have equal up/down fiber Internet speeds at all times. Their techs are super nice and professional. I'm sticking with them for the long term :)

It’s ok

This is the worst company! We pay for a certain speed and do not get. I sit on a call with customer service for hours going through all the same trouble shooting I did before the call. They tell me that the issue is the main fiber box and in order to fix it I would need to pay $150 to have a technician come out. Do not give them your money, they are garbage!

Honestly I switched from spectrum to frontier thinking it would be better service and more reliable. I was completely wrong I haven’t even had the service for 3 months and have had these “power outages” lasting over 7+ hours with no service or WiFi multiple times. & the service is no different from spectrum and the cost is almost the same. Do yourself a favor and just stick with spectrum the grass isn’t green on the other side.
