I recently had an issue with my Lenovo laptop so I searched the area for some help and Brian's business came up. I took over to him and he replaced the hard drive and cleaned up all the unnecessary stuff. Now it works great and he also was able to clean up my desk top at home and I live in Hebron NH. I was so happy with the service that I canceled my service with the geek squad. He really knows stuff.

Brian has been patient and very helpful in assisting me with new devices and technology. He always responds quickly to phone or e-mail requests for service and/or quick questions. He even makes house calls! I highly recommend BESTECH.

Having just relocated back to Maine last spring, I had not yet found a computer tech (and had not had a need for one). When my computer apparently got "zapped" when the power came back on after prolonged outage, I was in "deep doodoo". I was asking around for a computer tech and one of my kinfolk mentioned Brian at BESTech. I gave him a call, explained my situation, whined and cried a bit about how much I depended on my computer. I took the computer down to him and, essentially overnight, he had it back up and running for a very reasonable fee. Now, I feel comfortable that I have access to a very competent and personable tech. Could not recommend him more highly!

Over the last year Brian has helped me so much. After I had DIRECTV disconnected, he set up a new 50" ROKU tv. He has also upgraded my modem and has cleaned up my laptop a couple times when it was blocked by malware and a fraudulent email. I don't know what I would do without Brian to keep me up to date and out of trouble.

First time getting laptop repair services. I couldn't of had a better experience. Brian even sent a RMA out for me as I didn't even know it was still covered under warranty. I'll be sure to use his services in the future.
