This company is amazing! I was in a desperate situation with no AC in these horrible temperatures. I contacted several companies and got several quotes. Most wanted so much money to replace my AC that it took me by surprise how expensive this might be. I finally made my last call and was lucky enough to speak with Cody who based in our conversation was able to give a rough estimate and solutions to my AC situation. He showed up next day and kept to his word by keeping the price within the numbers he gave me over the phone. He promised to have this service completed within a certain day and time and he came through by having my new unit installed within the promised time. He has the best team working for him. All his workers were very nice and respectful. I would recommend this company anytime to anyone who has issues or needs to service their AC.

Our AC unit failed on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 when it was 108 deg outside. I called 3 AC companies and only got voicemail. My wife continued trying to find someone and Cody at A-Team answered right away. He said he was just down the street and would be right to our house. At 5:00 he got our AC system running again and he said our 28 year old Compressor was struggling. I’m a retired engineer and appreciated his knowledge and honest answers. We agreed that a new AC system was needed and he said if I was going to replace it, he wouldn’t charge for the service call to get it going again. Cody returned on Monday to look at the heating system and air control box in the attic. I wanted to keep my 28 year old gas heater and he said he could do that but there were several code issues that needed to be addressed. We talked through the issues and his honesty convinced me to upgrade the 28 year old archaic gas heater to a new system as well.

Cody and his crew of 4 others installed a complete new heating and air conditioning system in one day. He was honest, dependable and his team kept the job site clean throughout the process.

Had the typical AC failure at the worst possible time...during a heatwave. Cody at A-Team took my call and was at the house 90 minutes later to expertly and quickly diagnose my problem and he took the time to explain all of my options and answer all of my questions without pressure. 2 days later he and his crew arrived to replace my entire AC system. To say I'm impressed and very happy with the entire process is an understatement. We have used Cody on a couple different occasions to fix our swamp cooler over the years and I can’t recommend him enough! There was one point he worked well past sunset and into the night ensuring we had cool air with our house full of kids. He is always prompt and on time as well as knowledgeable in his trade. He was always honest and showed us parts before making swaps or replacements so we knew exactly what was going on. He also let us know what could be salvaged and hold us over until we were ready to replace. I never felt Cody was dishonest or unfair with his pricing. My heater went out on a Friday and they came and told me that I was going to need a whole new unit inside and out. They were back Monday to install. They were quick and they even made sure to clean up after they were done. I will 100% make sure to use them for all of my heating and ac needs in the future.

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days on a Friday evening & we were struggling to find a technician to come out & service it. We found Cody through a Google search & decided to give them him a call since it stated open 24 hours. When I called Cody he was very professional & have as an appointment for the next day at 10AM. Cody showed up 15 minds before 10 & was able to service & provide us with a solution to our problem within less than 30 mins. Hands down nothing short of EXCELLENT service!! I had an uncooperative heater and Cody showed up within the 3hour period as promised. On a Sunday no less! A previous technician replaced the thermostat..3 times!! Then recommended a new unit. Cody explained the problem and said the part wasn’t available until Monday. He was able to bypass it until the next day. Very honest and professional!! I recommend A-team heating and air to all!!
