Pal's Sudden Service

Pals always has the freshest and fastest food. Everything on the menu is great. So good that sometimes I just stop and get a Frenchy fry for a snack.

Fantastic staff and great leadership team here. They always go above the call of duty to ensure a great experience. The standard is set for ALL other restaurants here. Just a great place to eat.

Food was hot and fresh! Burgers had a great taste! Just drive thru only building. But service super fast!

I go out of my way for 2 different hamburgers. Whataburger and Pals. I'd compare them to each other too. But I grew up getting Pals with my grandparents and my cousins, so Pals is like family and nostalgic.

Service was swift and accurate for Pal's Sudden Service. Food was good. Line was long, but moved fast. Even with an estimated 30 cars between the other window and myself, my total wait time from entering que to receiving food was about 11 minutes.

Always love stopping here for a bite to eat. Especially when I'm on the go. Everything on there menu is amazing!!! And the never disappoint!! I recommend everything they have to offer!! The staff are amazing as well!!!

It's Pals... Good food in a flash. If you need good fast food quickly, just come here. I've never had a problem with any of their stores.

There are not enough stars to give this store. I have always had exceptional experiences at this location. The customer service is great and the food quality is unmatched. Namely, Brayden, Caleb, and Todd have always provided great customer service and have made me a life long supporter.

Always excellent and fast service. Burgers are delicious and possibly the best fast-food burger. Fries are delicious too, and I love the raspberry tea.

In all seriousness if I had to rate this restaurant based on customer service food cleanliness professionalism I would give them a 110 out of 100.

As far as I could see inside the window restaurant looks extremely clean and well taken care of lots of employees working fast and efficiently.
Exterior of the restaurant was very clean.
Taste of the burger was awesome I believe it's better than Whataburger.

Pals is always good, always fast, never gets your order wrong. A little expensive for fast food but totally worth it for the speed, good service, consistency, and actual good meat. No Trans fat non-organic garbage like McDonald's. There is fat but atleast it's fat you can burn ha. Everyone from East TN loves pals.

I have had them 3 different times to try all the different foods. The burger was great, the way they arranged they arranged the vegetables so perfect and not messy, was perfect.
The fries were good, but those biscuits!!! Oh man! Magical! The lawn is always well kept, the cleanliness of the building, everything was amazing.

I love Pals. Honestly the fact that their Sauce Burger is still under a $1 is a true testament to the value they provide. Pals is not afraid to cut the customer a good deal.

Good afternoon Pals business and corporation. Your service was of excellence this morning. We really enjoyed the 3 hot ham biscuits and the cheddar rounds. They were very crisp and cheesy. The biscuits were finely crafted to perfection and the steam was arising as we took our savoring bites of indulging biscuits. My mamaw and mom really enjoyed. Mom said the ham had just a tad salty but all in all it was amazing. P.S. the coffee was outstanding. Finely brewed and it sat just rite on the tastebuds this morning. Thank you for the sudden flash.
