I always go in to pay my bill, the cashiers are nice. I know I'll get a smiling face. It's always clean. ..But no public restrooms. .. and if I need assistance the waits most time move pretty smoothly I know most of them who works at this location. .. All because I talk talk talk with a smile

So we all know Entergy is an awful monopoly. However, Corey who works at this location was the most professional, knowledgeable, nice, and helpful person I have EVER spoken with while dealing with entergy. He helped me out so massively today with some serious issues I was having regarding my account I felt the need to come on here and leave a review thanking him. He deserves a raise! If I could deal with him every time I need something done with entergy I 100% would.

Brian Coleman is fabulous. He helped me, after 1 hour, 3 days, 6 different Agents later....Bran came thru, got my lights hooked up, and empathize with my frustration. He is a wonderful asset to Entergy...we need more Brian Colemans here!

This review is ONLY for my man KIRK who came and went above and beyond to make sure he gave me great customer service. I can't thank him enough he saved me hundreds probably thousands of dollars and incalculable time and stress. Thanks Kirk
