Stopped in the other morning to have my battery checked. I was immediately greeted by Poe who offered his help. We tested the battery and confirmed I needed a new one. Poe was able to install it immediately. He was courteous, respectful and explained everything as he went. I had a great experience and will continue to go there. Thank you Poe for all your help!!!

Very well stocked store. One can get lost in it -- everything vehicle related that one can imagine. Very friendly staff. They offer free engine diagnostic services, and tell you what the codes mean. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Manager, Jamal (sorry if I misspelled), was AMAZING. I went in there this morning for brakes and rotors and his customer service was top notch. He was so helpful and nice. Not only did they have exactly what I needed for my car, but I also had a great experience thanks to Jamal!

We where 6 hours away hauling a peice of equipment and our trailer lights failed we where in a pickle considering night was apon us we appreciate all the help we received from Dawn and Ed and the crew at autozone that got us back up and running if it wasn't for them we would of had many issues thanks again for your assistance. 5/5

Crew members were nice and knowledgeable

I had an issue with my car where a headlight bulb went out. I stop at this location and I was greeted at the door as soon as I walked in. Dan was helping me get the lightbulb that I needed and without asking he went to my car to see what was going on. Told me to pop the hood, check the bulbs and made it work in less than 2 minutes. Customer service like this don’t exist in America anymore, and management should be proud of this team.

Always got what I need and has some of the cheapest prices

Went to multiple auto parts stores and nobody could help me, stopped at this auto zone because is was local, and talked to a gentleman named ED. He was able to get me the part I needed and my car back on the road. His knowledge of cars is outstanding!! Knew parts and sizes off the top of his head. No computer needed!! So glad I went there. I will never go anywhere else!!

I needed a new battery for my car and Harry double checked my choice for proper fit. The manager also gave me a discount because their computer didn't take on line coupon, very nice of him. Harry installed the new one for me zippity zap done, thanks gentlemen 😀!

The staff was so helpful so kind. Would help you put your battery in come out and make sure you're doing it right or assist with it. That is how an auto store supply how should be. They go above and be on the Call of Duty. I had the privilege of going to the one on sawmill run boulevard.
