Chick-fil-A

I visited this location recently and had their Egg and Cheese with biscuit, Egg and Cheese with English Muffin, Hash browns with Coffee and everything except coffee was really good compared to other fast food breakfasts that I have tried and about coffee it was decent not too bad but just okay. The service was pretty good, the staff members were quick and friendly. The store was clean and well maintained as well.

So this location just reopened after a total remodel. What a fantastic job they did. I went on the first day after they reopened, and things moved so quickly and smoothly. It was quite frankly phenomenal, like every time in the past my order was completely correct with no errors. The new drive-through lanes look great and the interior also looks really great. I also enjoyed seeing this locations operator working the front lines with his employees that just goes to show what a great owner he is.

What a wonderful place . Service was excellent , as well as the food Place immaculate! Dennis assisted me . Very accommodating! He helped me with my food selection. So many options. I ordered coffee with my meal. He made a special effort to make sure the coffee was fresh since most customers order the many types of soft drinks. I've heard so many great reviews about Chick-fil-A I had to try it. I'll certainly return!

There is such a difference between the service at Chick-fil-A’s and other fast food chains and dining at this Chick-fil-A was such a refreshing experience. There is always someone waiting to assist you and someone even came around to the tables and asked if I needed anything such as a refill. Everyone is so courteous and the restaurant is very clean as well. Keep up the great work!

words can’t describe how delightful my experience was at this Chick-fil-A. everything about my experience made me yearn for more time at the Chick-fil-A. in particular there was a worker named Dennis who asked us if we needed anything else and always greeted us politely overall the food was great and I had a fabulous time. Might have Chick-fil-A for dinner.

My son loved the play area and our food was especially good, even for chick fil a. Everything was clean and near and service was doing a great job keeping up with the busy lines.

Good food with outstanding service by the staff. Congenial atmosphere generated by the staff members. Is it any mystery that at mealtimes, along with any other time as well, that this facility was wall to wall customers both inside and outside the building. Drive through was wrapped around the building just like the McKnight Road store with the usual double lines. No wonder people bring their business here. Keep up the good work, Chick-fil-A!!!!!!!!!!!

The line inside was so short there was virtually no wait. Everyone waa super curteous. They even offered to top off my drink on my way out. Plenty of parking too

Fast food good @ fair cost. What's not to like? But please make the peppermint chip milkshake for a longer period of time.

Best chicken sandwich ever, complete piece of chicken not ground meat.the chicken nuggets was amazing

Best place to eat more chicken! Brandon waited on us and was very polite. Parking lot and dining room was busy but worth the wait!

Tonight I decided to grab some food on the way home. Sitting in the drive through I was able to observe just how awesome this team works together. But there was one young man who outshined them all!! He went above and beyond all the rest. Literally running orders to the cars so that we all could get our food promptly. On top of that he was very kind to everyone! When he got to my car with my order I thanked him and said, they need to give you a raise, what’s your name. He said Colin. I told him I was writing a review because he was exceptional!! Seriously give him a raise!! You have a very caring hard worker, a rare thing these days. Honor and value him. He’s a keeper! Thanks Colin for how you serve your customers!!

Skewed review; Chick-fil-A will always get 5 stars from me. Their food is delicious but the key is their personable customer experience... it's the way we all want and deserve to be treated. It's the way we want the world to be. This location in South Hills is difficult to navigate to the first time you visit. Other than that, it's everything you expect from Chick-fil-A. Don't be discourages by the lines of cars. They move quickly!

What a great experience! Hospitality manager took my order and was exceptionally kind to me and very positive to interact. I really appreciate your gesture of kindness and wanted to thank you again. You clearly represent the company proudly.

This might have been one of my best experiences. We went in to eat so my 3 year old can play, I ordered our food, the mac n cheese was mixed up for a fruit cup and it was replaced without questions and they let us keep the fruit cup. The manager came around asking if we needed refills and everyone was so nice and pleasant. This was a better experience than most sit down restaurants. Thank you!

The product is great, but what brings us here is the kindness of the employees. They all seem so happy and friendly. You can tell they really care about your overall experience. The lines are always so long but you zip right through them in less time than it takes to go through Wendy's nearby when there is barely any people. Much respect to the employees and the employee training to foster such a positive culture.

Always a pleasant experience at this location. Dined in for lunch.

I had a good experience. This was my first time visiting this chick fil as I was just running an errand in this neighborhood. One item to note if this will be your first time visiting is that I believe you might have to enter from the back of the restaurant as you cannot make a left turn on the main road. If you are entering from the back and are relying on Google Maps, you can trust Google Maps when it advises you when to turn, even if you do not see a Chick-fil-A sign. With that said, I will probably return next time I am in the neighborhood.
