A big thanks to the polite service this afternoon , and thanks to my little guy Chico that made everybody’s day 😍

One of the Nocatee runners' fave pit stops. Easily seen and accessed from the main road. Solid, prompt, courteous staff when my three daughters and I visited after dinner.

Sabrina at the drive-through is amazing! I had a pretty crazy order, I really wanted my typical iced coffee order, but knew I didn’t need to be caffeinated for an hour or so with hoping they could make the drink without ice so I could just do a pour over at home later in the day, she made it happen, and did it with all the excitement in the land, when she could’ve easily just told me “no.” THANK YOU!

love this location! never had an issue with a incorrect order, the lobby is clean, and the employees always greet you with a smile. jalen at the drive thru is awesome. the wait is a bit long in the mornings but for it being a rush, they’re still super efficient!! :)

I don’t want to list the particulars of the dilemma I was in because I don’t want others to take advantage, but I will say that the staff was extremely understand and looked at “big picture”.

This review is mostly for one employee: Ethan. He does a great job. He always remembers my order and he’s very friendly and efficient. Jaylin and Ruth are great employees too. Honestly I’m surprised at the negative reviews, this store runs pretty well.

Great place for meetings, staff always kind and thoughtful. Drive thru staff offers great suggestions and never get it wrong.

Yes, this Starbucks gets busy, but if you've ever been inside, they are HUSTLING. I didn't want to interupt the manager to complement the team, but OMG, it looked like an all star team with behind the back passes and hand offs. They work their butts off!

I've visited this location many times and am always pleased with my order and the wonderful attitude of all the baristas. Whether I visit the drive-thru, walk in to order, or hang out to do work on my computer I always leave smiling from my visit.

Stopped by this morning, and was blown away by the high level of customer service offered by Shannon at the drive through! Mornings can be a bit chaotic, and she was incredibly upbeat, professional, and efficient! Thanks for making a quick stop a great experience. :)

Me and a friend went through and got two drinks. the employee Ben gave us an extra drink! he was so kind and asked about our day and had a wonderful attitude! thank you Ben! (YOU DESERVE A RAISE)

The staff at the Nocatee Starbucks is always so welcoming and incredibly pleasant. There have been some new faces in there and even the newbies welcome me with a smile even if they have no idea what they are doing. They are always sure to accommodate my needs in any way that they can. If I am in the drive thru and it is taking a while are they are super busy, they are never rude or try to rush me out of the window. I am very appreciative of the staff here and enjoy spending my time completing my online college course work here. Thank you!

I just had an amazing breakfast at this Starbucks. The service was fast, and the food was good. They also didn’t mess up my order when I asked for no bacon, so I’m happy about that. Thanks Starbucks for the good food, it reminded me of home. 😋😘

Always prompt and friendly. Today I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong store and they said no problem and took care of it for me. Now that’s good customer service.
