I just took my kids to get a Frosty and the staff was really friendly. I wasn't aware the promotional coupon book I had was expired and they switched it out with a newer one and we're super cool the whole time. Thank you guys

Perfect place for anytime of the day.. food is really good.The baked potato is a very good choice. The $5 buck deal is back. Can not go wrong with that deal.

This Wendy's is the best and nice's Wendy's I have ever been to service is fantastic the food was spectacular from the time I entered until the time I've completed my mail it was always a happy experience all the service personnel had good personalities and smiles to make your visit their number one purpose other work and I've now made it my number one stop thank you for making such an awesome fast food Wendy's, my 12th anniversary lunch was here at my favorite Wendy's 😋

Wendys my go to place. I moved to Lancaster 6 months ago, and that's my fast food restaurant to go. The frosty and the nuggets are amazing, especially when you dip the nuggets in the frosty . That's so tasty. Sounds gross, but dont knock it till you try it..

I go here almost every night after work. Food is always hot and fresh. The ghost pepper ranch they have is so delicious too. Wendy's is underrated in my opinion.

Stopped in for some late night chili. WOW! I was impressed. Surprisingly very good for the price.

Store was clean, food was fresh hot and good only got a burger. One of the girls was great the other was complaining the entire time I was there. If you do not like your job there are plenty of places hiring.

They upgraded my order to the deluxe burgers plus one extra the whole facility was spotless the staff were well groomed and well trained and professional

The staff was friendly. Food was great. Price was cheap. The dinning area for this location is very nice. I have come with friends, with my wife and daughter, and alone, and have tried the different seating in the restaurant. There is a "lobby-like" area with wall outlets, which allowed me to use my laptop while I enjoyed a refreshing drink. Their fountain drink dispenser has flavor choices to add to your usual drink. Overall great experience... and did I mention the staff was friendly? For as busy as they seemed, their customer service was great and I felt like they cared about me as a person as well as a customer.

Loved the interior, comfortable well designed seats. Pleased with the size of the facility. Food was fast! ready as soon as I ordered. Plenty of space width and height. Multiple creative drink options. Two thumbs up for me!

I love Wendy's food it was fresh tasting and the customer service was awesome very nice and polite attitudes and professional cleanliness environment in the entire dinning room welcoming customers with friendly smiles and the yummy smell of good food tht made me have an everlasting impression of the visit with goo memories a taste I'll return to very often. The drive-thru line on a Sunday had 16 cars. I went inside and walked straight to the register and ordered with only two people waiting. The food was absolutely delicious. And, from the last time I was there it's a new fabulous salad menu.

I never been to this Wendy's before definitely I'm not usually on this side of town however I signed up to work at the polling place for the election. I was able to use the mobile app and the discounts while in line for drive thru so it was perfect. Now this Wendy's is on the other side of the big shopping center but it still had a line as all the fast food places have a line around lunch time, but they moved quickly, my order was right and fresh so no complaints. I would definitely go back if I am in the vicinity. 🙃🙃

There was an incident in the bathroom and management was on point! I spoke with Aracely (I believe that’s her name) and within the hour the corporate manager had called me and apologized! This meant a lot to me because now days companies don’t care about consumers so thank you! Whenever my family and I are in town we’ll definitely be back!

Like it here a lot great $5 deals and love the spicy nuggets. My husband loves all their burgers. Even when the drive-thru line looks long they are pretty quick.
