Went here yesterday (10/1 /24) to get another tambourine . Have to have an extra one. But they have guitars, ( electric and box, and plug in box guitar) drums 🥁and drumsticks, keyboard piano, music, tambourine, and drum sound shields, and also give lessons on playing. Not sure what all they do lessons on. Big place. I recommend it 👌🏻 definitely

I had to go in to purchase some cords and just look around and they had a great selection of new and used equipment. The cashier Nesha was wonderful. She was very helpful and friendly. I would go back just because of her!

Well stocked, well lit and clean as a whistle with friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive as major industry player and financing is available usually with great discounts and same as cash deals.

I love this place, been going here for (my 7yr old son's) equipment and lessons. He loves this place, the people and being allowed to come here to grow his love for music. They let him try everything and to me that's important. It allows for growth in his interests in music and the people here, from instructors to floor- is amazing and accommodating. He does piano, drums and guitar lessons here every week. So to say that we've grown accustomed to this place and the people that make it great- might be an understatement. You can't beat a store that has access to everything and delivery is fast. The prices and sales are the best along with their price match of up to 45 DAYS!!!
It's a music store, relax and take your time with your buying experience.

I just bought the new PRS Standard Satin here, and Alex and the crew are hard to beat when it comes to customer service. I’ve seen guitar center get a bad reputation sometimes, but these guys are great! I’ll definitely be going back

Great store. Super helpful and friendly staff, great selection, and they let you try stuff out.

Absolutely love this place. Everyday customer service. Friendly, kind, and willing to help. You are able to try the instruments out and play until your heart's content.. overall if your a musician this is the spot for you.. You can't go wrong.

Good store & awesome customer service (Alex AW took care of me). Anything you could think of related to instruments, music etc. There's also a music academy for lessons.

Whoa! What a selection of guitars! I came in to buy a new guitar, but no one saw me floundering around the store and offered to help. I ended up having a great experience at The Pawn Shop down the road though.

I went on another day to buy a cord for my amp, and had the same experience. I walked around the store for 20 minutes, and just had to make my best guess on which cord was the right one. Took a while to figure out where to check out, but we finally found it.

Sorry, guys. I gave you 5 stars bc I don’t want to ruin your star rating. You’ve got a great selection of instruments, and a clean store, but staff isn’t very helpful.

I've been in a lot of guitar centers, and this one is better than most of the others. Friendly staff and decent prices.

I like to get out and drive a couple hundred miles just to check out who's got what and to play before I buy. Selection means a lot, and so does atmosphere and attitude.
We've all done the pawn shop crawl, hoping to find the one they didn't know they had. You always feel like you need a shower afterward. That's alright if you feel like dealing with the stress.
More often than not, I just want to be a musician looking for a sound, not a buyer looking for a sale.
I want to play, hear, feel, what I'm buying. I've been to a lot of music stores. And I've bought a lot off line. Not to fond of buying offline. It's aggravation by the gallon.
I have 2 places I love to go. Dexter Music in Dexter MO, and Guitar Center in Bartlett, TN. They're comfortable and the staff is friendly. Doesn't matter if I'm buying strings or another guitar.
Highly recommend.

The guitar technician here is amazing. I've had the set ups and repairs done here and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend bringing in your guitar and having it set up properly and this is the best place I've found to do that

I didn't expect as big of a selection at this location and was pleasantly surprised. I've purchased a fender jazz bass and the Titan 50 electronic drum set on top of multiple trips for guitar and bass strings and all products were perfectly fine.

I was like a kid in a candy store. Went for a last minute Christmas gift. Needed a keyboard for a kid and didn't want to pay a lot. They had a really nice one with a stand that was very reasonable. The ones I looked at in different stores that cost more weren't as nice. Saw a few things I wanted as well.

I went to the Guitar Center a week ago to treat myself to a new acoustic guitar. I was helped by Jacob who showed me a few quality guitars. I finally settled on a twelve string Epiphone with a hard case. He very helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to shopping there again, and I highly recommend this store for anyone in the area with all kinds of instruments, lessons and for tips with their excellent staff!

Seth took great care of my electric guitar, and was extremely helpful and nice. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
