Not even open and no one answered the phone been trying to go see what they have for me

Never open when advertised. Purchased a belt that separated at the link and instead of trying to fix it myself, I attempt to return it. I'm told I have to come back to talk to the owner. For what, I'm here now? There's no return policy listed anywhere. Nor was I given a receipt that states a policy. Very disappointed with the lack of service and how business is not conducted. You can't be hard up for $15. So I'm stuck with a defective product?

I don’t understand how you are still in business. Every time I go at the hours listed that you are open you were never open. Why have a store front if your never open
