I really enjoyed our visit here, we went on 7/10 and the associate that helped me out was just great! She was patient and kind with my 3 year old, and any other associate that spoke with us was just as nice!

Great staff and really knowledgeable. I Came here to get my daughter fitted for Pointe shoes. I heard this place was highly recommended by others in my studio (despite the distance) and I was not disappointed. They worked with her patiently and they obviously knew what they were doing. As a plus, they had the ribbons sewed within a day! We will be getting all of our shoes here moving forward.

Alabama A&M University Cheerleaders gives this establishment 5 STARS!! They are the best! We have never experienced a "can't help you" situation and we adore their customer service, shopping experience as well as ownership. Hands down, a great community store.

Bloom as been my go to for over 15 years, they are amazing had customer service, rather in person or over the phone. I can trust that when I place a order not only is it speedy but they stay in communication. They're great with group orders; each one of my dancers came in to get fitted and as our agreement all arrangements were handled. Sarah was awesome; the team is awesome as well.

Our family has shopped here for multiple years for girls’ ballet outfits and accessories. They always have the products we need in stock. More importantly, they have an exceptional team that provides professional/top-notch customer service. The icing on top is that they actually answer the phone and assist customers place orders in advance for convenient pick up. We will be back!
