Burger King

The Burger King at the corner of Bienville and Washington boulevard absolutely rocks! Granted, I do stop there once a week, and I ordered the same thing. The food is always good, hot, and fresh.

The employees are always pleasant, smiling, and helpful. As a matter of fact, I always do my orders through the app and then I pick them up at the drive-thru window. On my last weekly visit, I made an error in the order on the app, so when I went through the drive-thru and told them that I was there to pick up my order, the employee asked me to stop at the first payment window.

I thought this was odd because I normally just go to the pickup window. When I arrived at the first payment window, she popped her head out and wanted to know if I had made an error in the app because one of the items I'd ordered had a different option with it. I laughed, and said yes she was right, I did make the error. So even though I ordered wrong, they made it correctly. What more could I possibly ask for?

My Wednesday morning usual that I get through the drive-thru & it's most often than naught, that Hailey (hoped spelled right) is the one who gives me my order that's hot & correct with her a warm smile. Hope her Mgrs know what a valuable worker she is.

This is the cleanest restaurant and the restroom is also spotless .I've been to Burger King from here to Portland Oregon or from La. To San Diego California and I've never been in a cleaner one food was good and staff was kind and courteous. I told them how clean it was and asked for the manager and assistant managers names. Tina Richey ,Roy Woodbury ,James Richardson, Junekia Mc Coy and Jessica Martin. GOOD JOB and I believe this was a training restaurant. These people need to train all the rest of the restaurants.

Every time I stop here on the way home From the casino I get the best tasting and best looking burgers out of any Burger King I've ever been to And I live in florida. Whoever is preparing these burgers does a great job. They don't smash The BUN. They Make it look like the pictures.

Man oh man that Alonzo kid is real good at his job. l can't remember the last time I got service this good. Next time you go there, make sure you ask for Alonzo to guarantee PERFECT service. 10/10, will be coming back FREQUENTLY

Cheap deals friendly staff... they're was a major accident on the road next to it. I saw it as we sat in the parking lot eating. Me and my husband ran to check if they were still alive, honestly... but Is something I never truly expected; the the girl from behind the counter at the Burger King came running to assist as well 12 and I don't mean running to be nosy either! I mean she actually came to help and make sure everything was alright alright so I don't know your name but thanks girl from behind the counter that woman really did need your help!! And if more people had the gumption And spirit like that girl behind the counter the world would be a much better place!

Honestly this Burger has the most organized night shift in Mississippi. I walked in around 10 and all the food was preped. Before i could go get my drink, the food was hot and ready. The young man on front counter was very friendly and polite. He brought my food to me and asked me if I needed anything else. The manger kept everything in check. One employee would not stop sweeping and mopping. I could honestly say there was no trash on the floor. I plan to come here again and recommend this Burger King to my friends. This was a very good BK Experience!!!!!!!!

Every time I come to this BK, everyone working there is always wonderful. Service is fast, food is delicious, except for what they call Tacos, and they are prompt with my order. I love my BK in Ocean Springs, except their Tacos. lol

Stopped for a snack for road trip to Nola. The drive thru was not a long wait. Fries were hot & salted well.
Coke Icee was available & hit the spot on the hot summer's day.

They have always gotten my order right at this BK and that's saying a lot! Always have my impossible whopper and the service is not too shabby :)

If all Burger Kings could actually salt their fries like this one did I would consider it more often when needing a quick food fix. Awesome and a very clean facility

Wonderful customer service brought our food out to the table whenever we come to Biloxi we bring our little guy here funny thing is we don't eat fast food home maybe that is why we enjoy it and the table service above and beyond service absolutely friendly terrific staff

A double bacon burger and onion rings ..a kid meal with chicken nuggets ..rootbeer for me and orange juice for my little grandson..
We had a great lunch here ..good food fast and hot...cool little book in the meal...people are very nice...thank you..

Very good in the drive-thru. Food is usually hot. French fries could be better, but fast service and good sandwiches.😊

Best Bugars King i ever eat at and cleanest and staff work very hard and was very nice i will be back but i one free Texas Thriple Whopper with cheese and bbq sauce on it for free yeah😀.
