Great Starbucks experience here! Very nice and professional employees who always seem to have a smile on their face. The atmosphere here is wonderful and they comfortable chairs and couches are a really nice touch!

My order was going to take about 20 minutes to complete through the app at no fault of the barista. Instead of making me wait, (he) the barista whipped up my vanilla bean creme in under a minute! Great service, excellent drink!! Thanks my dude! 2 enthusiastic thumbs up 👍👍

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The service is fast and I have yet to have an order messed up, and I've been coming here for years.

Someone even helped me find a cheaper way to order my drink that has saved me lots of money! I appreciated that they took the time to do that and it's what keeps me coming back.

Starbucks on Stadium Way always gets orders done fast! Can count on this place for a morning coffee and breakfast. Frappuccino’s are great and the Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich is amazing.

I've always loved Starbucks. But this location will always be extra special to me. They were so unbelievably caring, sympathetic and made my terrible day a bit brighter by the kindness and love I truly and genuinely felt from them.
The night before my sweet, protective and Beautiful 125 lb Bulldog Precious Marie had passed away @ 9pm. I sat in the Veterinarians parking lot for 11 hours and cried. The first interaction I had with anyone was Starbucks. I'm sure I looked scary but they treated me so sweetly. They definitely made a very traumatic, and horrible time of my life, a little bit more bearable. I can't say how much their love meant to me at such a moment of deep sadness and feeling so very lonesome and alone. I had just lost my best friend, my world. Thank You Starbucks in Pullman!! You truly helped me bare through a very very rough time. You instilled in me the belief that there truly are good people in this world after all. 💙

It's a Starbucks, what else can I say? I was just in the area for a short period of time but even though I was a stranger to the area, the employees here were very nice and will chat you up. Everything in the order was correct and tasted good.

Only drawback to this location was what I learned from someone that lived in Pullman. After the remodel, they made the drive through is too narrow for some trucks to enter. You would think that taking into account the area and it's absence of trucks, the designers would take that into account. Also the drive through line can back up through the parking lot, which can box people into their parking spots and prevent then from leaving.

This is definitely the busier Starbucks but the crew stays on top of it and always does a splendid job. I definitely suggest enjoying some time here when you can.

Great service. They made my drink perfect and where so good to my pups. The drive thru girl gave me two free pupocinos which was really cute. I've gone here many times and for all the times that I've gone, the drinks have been consistent and good. Keep it up!!

Love the employees here! Very friendly and willing to fix my coffee if it doesn't taste right and answer my endless questions. I also appreciate Olivia Alvarez and how much she makes my day! She's the best and the most sweetest gal ever!!!

This is the best Starbucks! The baristas are super kind, funny, and efficient. They always remember my dog when we come through the drive through and never fail to make my day better! Not to mention the yummy drinks. 👀

This will always be my favorite Starbucks! They are always so kind to me and my kiddos! A few times going through the driveway they have given us cake pops for the kids just to be kind! Thank you for great service!

Food and drinks were both good, as expected. Staff was extra friendly and nice, plus they have a great patio to sit and enjoy the weather on. Or work on, if you are like me and not lucky enough to be independently wealthy.

The nicest, kindest employees ever! Never had a bad experience here, and as a current undergrad I drink a lot of coffee so I would know. They're wonderful!

Friendly and efficient service, especially on busy mornings! I don't know how they go through a line of people as quickly as they do, but I have never waited 15 minutes for coffee even when the line is nearly out the door.

Put in a mobile order in the parking lot with a coffee and a warmed up coffee cake and it took less than a full minute between me putting in my order and me leaving the store with my food. Excellent fast service with very friendly employees!
