Visiting Angels

I have been working for Visiting Angels for a little over a year. This is a very compassionate company, they make their clients needs their number one priority. I truly believe this is the best home healthcare company in our area. I love my job and love working for Visiting Angels. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff are amazing people to work for, I couldn’t be any happier with this company.

Had a very rough start with Visiting Angels and I was really impressed that they didn’t give up on me. I love working with people of all ages and lifestyle. I learn something new everyday. The office staff is very supportive and helpful with the clients. I’ve worked with many different agencies. And I would have to say the Visiting Angels is a 10.

We used Visiting Angels for a 12 day respite care. The patient is partially paralyzed and needed help dressing, occasional hygiene, preparing meals, and light household chores. Before arrival of the first worker, we had contact phone numbers and email, a detailed written description of his physical challenges and all the care he needed, as well as a calendar of who would be on duty each day. The aides arrived on time and were very professional in performing assigned duties. They were also personable and willing to take on additional activities, as required. We would not hesitate to engage Visiting Angels for any future needs and would positively recommend them.

Working with my clients have been amazing. The ladies in the office are very sweet and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my time and experience. I’ve been wonderful.

I have worked for Visiting Angels for two years now. When I first started with them I was pregnant and they were super supportive! I had to leave VA for a short period of time and when I returned it was like I had never left. Tara and Alina welcomed me back with open arms and quickly got me back to getting great hours that fit my availability. Having great bosses really does make things so much better! I love my clients and I love the work that I do!

I work for Visiting Angels for almost 2 years now. They are a good company to work for they treat their employees with respect. I have been sent to many of places and have worked with many of amazing people. The office staff have gone above and beyond to work with me on my physical problems that I have. I love this company. If you want to set your own hours and meet some amazing people this is the place for you. Tara (the manager at Edwardsville location) is a amazing person she has a whole lot of compassion and heart. I truly enjoy working for this company. I give it 5 stars out of 5 just a great place to work.

I'm a current worker here (male I might add) and I haven't been in a better work environment than Visiting Angels. I get lots of hours all while still being a full time student. It's super convenient and I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I used this service when I had surgery this year. I’m in my early 30s and have two little ones and no family in this area and don’t want to have a friend take off work. I couldn’t have been happier. I was picked up timely and the lady waited during my surgery and afterwards took me home. She then got my meds at the pharmacy and brought them back to me made sure I had anything I needed before she left. Very professional and highly recommend to anyone 18+ that needs additional help even just for a day.

Visiting Angels helped to take care of my Dad before he passed. He was a diabetic with dementia. He was a difficult man to deal with because of the advanced nature of his disease. The care givers that worked with my dad were very patient with him.

Felita Middleton was amazing she is the best person that I have had a good orientation with the best and I recommend her to do orientation anytime
