I love the malone store! Tammy is so wonderful! Any questions I have or if I am having trouble with my devices she is always there with a smile on her face to help or educate me! She is very patient when I am having a rough time choosing a device or liquid and also leaves no questions I have unanswered. I can tell she loves her job and her customers! I am always welcomed with a smile when entering the store. If it wasn’t for Tammy I would have never continued with my vaping and would be back smoking by now. The team in the Malone store is great! Thank you Tammy and the team for everything!

I absolutely love this shop and the staff. I go in there and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They have been since the day the shop opened. Always an enjoyable time going there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

There service there is amazing. Even being noticed by my name or face i feel like its a family. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. I don't know what i would do without them and their advice regarding e-cigs. Taking the time to show me how to set it up properly, and priming the filter. Even recommending new things. Ive bought a lot of my liquids that are those dropper ones, and i hate them (so messy), today however, i was offered to get a unicorn bottle(plain pointed tip tube dropper) and its a godsend. Not to mention they always have tips on how to clean it, and i cant wait to go back for something more.

I visited this shop, and let me tell you I felt like I had been there a thousand times . I was explained in great detail about the eCigs, I felt @ home there and they treated me with respect and like family id say. Very friendly staff, they helped me when my vape mod was leaking and tried to think of many ways that it might have been leaking. Had wonderful music plaging as well!! They had so many different vapes available and different juices. They had such an amazing variety of pieces needed for each of their vapes. They had so much knowledge of vapes, it was great!!! Definitely a reliable place to go

I have always had a great experience with unique cigs in Malone, NY! The staff has always met my needs and have been a contributing factor in my success to remain tobacco free for over 2 1/2 yrs! It’s always been about what suits ME, not what they want to sell! The wide variety of flavors has always kept me eager to try new ones and satisfy my need! I’ve always been able to reach someone after hours even to answer any questions that I may have as well! Keep up the great job y’all are doing, it’s appreciated!
