This place staff are nice , front dash lady Chelly or Cherry friendly and machinical guy also cool . She let me know when I call them that very busy day. But it took me . Just wait a little bit and pull my truck in to the bay. Price is very ok if compared to other places

I live in Minneapolis but when I come to Kansas City the only shop I like is Hobbs. Shelly and Rick are the front desk ppl and they’re amazing and kind. They always treat me like family. The service prices are reasonable and they really appreciate drivers with the way they do business. No cap. Lucus is an excellent mechanic and very friendly.

This is a great place to get your commercial trucks serviced. I use them on a regular basis for my fleet and have never been unhappy with the work. Shurley (unsure of spelling)is great to deal with and has surprised me with how knowledgeable she is. I highly recommend them.

As a shop owner myself, I am always leary of putting my trucks in another shop, but when I have to, it is an absolute dream to find a place like Hupp! Good, honest, and friendly, plus they do actual diagnostics instead of throwing parts at something. Fair priced, great communication, just an all around great experience.

Amazing people here. They were able to fix my clutch and get me going. Hospitality was through the roof. I hope to see them again, left a great impression on me.

Best mechanic in the town for In--Shop repairs.

This place is awesome, had a fifth wheel that wouldn't unlatch on a bobtail truck, they had me going in minutes! Great people and Shelly is super nice.

Broke down passing through town. They had my truck diagnosed in an hour. Out the next day. Every other shop was telling me it would be a few days. They knew I was from out of town and helped me out. Great price on work( replaced radiator ) very helpful and friendly people. Even have me a gallon of coolant for the road in case it burped any air out.

Rick and his guys are great. They can fix anything, work quickly and the prices are more than competitive.

Hupp offered prices at much less then our previous truck repair shop. They were friendly, and efficient. They do great work, and are great people. They are definitely our go-to for any services we may need in the future.
