AMAZING BUISNESS!
Chad got me exactly what I needed and at a great price. I live in Canada and could not find what I needed here. Luckily our neighbours to the South could help out. Chad was great to work with as it was a few phone calls and texts back and forth to get the logistics figured out. But everything went seamlessly and he got me scoping!
Because if you’re not scoping, you’re hoping!

I have never left a review that wasn’t 5 stars but after spending nearly $900.00 on service at Master Bait and Tackle and finding fluids all over the outside of the engine which led me to the neglect in putting the oil fill cap back on. During the pickup inspection I found and showed the owner and an employee. We all discussed the bent aluminum frame, broken hardware and unnecessarily disassembled pieces, all of these finds were disappointing but no reply to messages about any of the replacement parts or problems is another indicator that service is dying.he told me to my face that he would find replacement parts, still haven’t received a response months later. I believe the owners heart is in the right place but he runs around like a mad man and blames the people he allows to live in a camper in the side yard at the store for his businesses failures. No accountability. Go with your gut when making decisions, I will be amazed if this place is around in a few years but I truly hope they figure it out.

I would not recommend winterizing your boat here. Not only did they damage our Bimini top, but they left the oil cap off of the engine (which could have been much worse had we not noticed oil leaking into the leak upon the first launch of the season). We pointed out the Bimini top damage right away, they said it was normal then stated they would "look around" for a new part - surprise, we never heard back. A side note - it took about an hour to even "Find" the keys to the boat as well. Texts in regards to the oil cap was left un-returned. Unfortunately, I think they lack qualified employees to help and the zero follow-through was disheartening.

Cheaper.
So he asked to return it the guy said sure but our son would have to come to his store to get the cash.
Our son has been there twice still no refund. The owner keeps saying he doesn't have the cash.
Well plan ahead and get the cash so he can get his refund.
Poor Business.
