OMG was my expression when I saw the work that was completed on my car by Arbisi after it was rear ended. The quality of work is amazing! You can’t even tell it was in any kind of collision and the paint job is immaculate. On top of their breath taking work, their customer service is superb. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, which I loved. I hope to never get in another wreck but if I do I know where to go. Thank you so much for caring about my car as much as I do.

Unfortunately, I was in a car accident that caused quite a bit of damage to my vehicle. But fortunately, I took my car to Arbisi City Auto Body and they fixed it up! They had great communication and very friendly staff! They handled most communication with the insurance company. My car is brand new again!

Contacted them for a tow to happen approximately tomorrow morning. Brian came out and picked up my vehicle and towed it to Belvidere. Brian was very efficient very friendly and you can tell this guy knows what he's doing. Even though my vehicle is an older vehicle he took great care and getting it ready to be towed. I recommend this towing company very highly, you will be very satisfied with their service and costs. Their price was very reasonable.

Would highly recommend! My new car didn’t come with the factory spoiler I wanted. Bought spoiler from Honda (required drilling) and had City Body install it. Super fast and professional work at a reasonable price. A+++++

I've used City Body Shop for years. I was leery when it was sold to Tony and Michelle Arbisi, only because I don't know them. Recently had my car in for damage repair. The body prep and three-stage paint work are outstanding. Not only was the work very well done, it was a day early and at a lower price than quoted. I'm very pleased.

City Body is not lacking in five-star reviews but I want to add my own. First and foremost, they are wonderful to work with and they did a beautiful job on my car. What more can I say? The facilities are sparkling clean and the customer service is perfect. Take your car there and even if they can’t get you in right away, it’s worth the wait. They do not use after-factory parts. Big plus. Thank you, City Body.

Late September I was hit by a young man that ran a stop sign. He admitted fault to me, his mom, the police and his insurance that approved the repairs within a week. Arbisi's got the Jeep into the shop as soon as possible and after they took off the damaged parts, found a bit more damage which was also approved. So glad to have her back; thanks to the young man for being honest, Arbisi's City Body Shop for doing fantastic work!

Now, no more bungees holding the Jeep together...and looks fabulous!

Even though I have the luck of a final destination movie, I was helped online very early in the morning with an accurate estimate on my damage costs. Thank you to whomever it was I was speaking with. you are generous with your time speaking with your customers!

They are amazing! The front desk staff were so helpful and walked me through the process of going with them for my insurance claim. Car looked really nice and brand new after they fixed my bumper.
