I went to Talbots today to buy an item for my wife Christmas present. The lady that waited on me was very nice and extremely helpful. She helped me to locate the right gift that wife will love, and of course that will make me look good. I was even impressed with the precise way and she that she wrapped the item in paper before putting it in the bag, All the way around an enjoyable experience

Beautiful clothes. As a petite, this is the only place I can find for dresses. Anything else is easy to buy off the rack anywhere, but dresses have to be altered if they are not petite.
I will say, I have dresses from a few years back that still look brand new-- very high quality!
I would LOVE to buy exclusively from Talbots, but those price tags! Ouch! Worth it, but still!

Love going to Talbots! Quality and workmanship in their clothes never disappoint. Always stylish and classic. Great sales and wonderful service, which is almost impossible to find most places these days.

Love Talbots. Great new fashions and they have regular and petite sizes. They have some pretty sweet sales, on this visit I got 2 pullovers for the price of 1.

What a super lovely experience I had speaking to Frances when I called today! She was like a fairy Godmother fulfilling all my 'red-pop' dreams! a 'red-pop' sweater and 'red-pop' wedges! So red-pop dreamy! She was patient, kind, and had a superb phone voice, never losing patience with my silliness! An angel, not a store clerk! I feel so very blessed to have gotten her!
