AT&T Store

We were immediately greeted upon entering. An associate began helping us decide on our first phone and was so quick that I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone while we waited on the first phone to activate. Everything was done super quick and efficiently. Very friendly staff.

Really have enjoyed the summit AT&T. Especially since I’ve been living in the area. Brian Neely did a great job at helping out with troubleshooting some issues I was having with my bill. He was patient and wonderful customer service! Thanks!

Go to the Summit store for the best service. Drake did an excellent job helping us and did our order very quickly!!! The 280 store is terrible. No one acknowledged us the whole time we were there...so we left.

Ask for Charliee! I was in and out in under an hour with a new Apple iphone and watch. She was pleasant, courteous, and made this visit as enjoyable as buying tech could be. Went in to the summit location devastated about my lost phone and the fact I didn't have any passwords to retrieve my information. It was a busy day for me to say the least. Xavier came out to help and when I say this man is a SAINT! very professional extremely polite and very understanding, I left with a new phone and a month later I'm writing this here for him. Absolutely phenomenal experience at this location. Shawn was just the best agent you could ever ask for at any store. He realized he could cut our monthly bill by a third and did so — purely out of the goodness of his own heart. AT&T should pay that man one million dollars right away for representing the company so superbly. I walked in hoping to get a new iPhone, and I got that and more. What an excellent experience. It feels good to be “taken care of,” as they say. That is absolutely the case here. I felt that the store’s associates had my best interests in mind and genuinely wanted me to both save money and truly enjoy my new Apple products. What else can you say? A pleasure, an absolute pleasure.

Nate took me in as I entered the store, understood my needs, suggested options, did the needful for discounts I was eligible. Made then happen. I changed mind and he immediately took care of second option. Great sales person!

I’ve been with AT&T for a long time and this location was one of the best I’ve been too. Cameron was very helpful, knowledgeable of all promotions and discounts, and very personable through out my entire experience of getting a new phone and canceling an extra phone line. This visit was pleasant and easy, even with all of my questions and comments, and every store associate was kind and willing to help.

Fran was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She helped me get the iPhone I wanted and all the accessories I needed. Her suggestions were sound and logical.
