These guys really went out of their way last yesterday, I was having a issue with my car and the were really helpful and knowledge ful. Nate especially, he went out of his way and gave me advice and let me leave my car in the parking lot so I can fix it the very next day.
Kind service and really great guys over here.

Always good service here. Never once had a bad experience. Employees are always helpful and always have the products I need and will do your battery check for free and charge it for free as long as you take it up there.

Gentleman named Joe assisted me with choosing a replacement battery with a warranty. He even installed the new battery and disposed of the bad battery.
He made the entire experience a pleasant one and I’ll be sure to go back for all my automotive needs.

I'm just leaving the store and I just wanted to say Dawson went above and beyond for me today. He took a look at my battery and figured out my problem right away and fixed it for me. If he hadn't had noticed the problem with my battery who knows what could have happened. He said he shocked that it lasted this long. So kudos to Dawson, I hope you get a raise and a promotion because you surely deserve one! And Merry Christmas!

Battery acting up. We bought in Montana 1 yr ago.
Went up to Autozone on Trenton Rd in Southgate and they found the problem and fixed in 10min. We can’t say thank you enough!!!! Very nice and helpful people!!!!

After an extremely disappointing visit to Sams Club for a replacement battery, these guys really hooked us up. Super friendly, knowledgable in their field. Cannot speak highly enough for the Auto Zone Team. 😁

My car battery was dying....I limped into the Auto Zone parking lot. David, was so helpful, tested our battery and alternator...we needed both. We purchased the battery and he had it installed in no time! Highly recommend.

I went into auto zone today for a windshield wiper replacement. Rayvon was extremely helpful. He not only looked up what kind I needed but he also put it on for me, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Ray

A big shout out to the two gentlemen that assisted me this morning with my windshield wipers. The man that cashed me out offered to put them on in the frigid weather conditions but his assistant offered because he had no gloves. They both went above and beyond even tho is was against policy with the cold temperatures. So grateful they were there to help me today.

I came in about a half hour before they closed not knowing what was wrong with my car. The two men working were able to diagnose the problem that my car needed a new battery because it was not keeping a charge. Got a new battery installed and was on my way in no time. Thank you!

Hands down, Best employee award goes to Ray! It's -8F and he's out there shovelling snow and even took a moment to help put our new wipers on. Stand up guy:) Auto Zone, we will be back for that kind of customer service!

As soon as I walk in, greeted with a "hello! Can I help you?" 5 star right off rip! Dude looks up my item, and friendly as can be too, go's out to the floor, grabs my item, then cashes me out. All clean and safe! Great establishment.

Woke up to sub zero temps and had to be at work. The battery in my vehicle said I was staying home. I got a ride to work, called auto zone after work, got quoted a great price and they held a new battery for me. When I went to have it installed right after I called, I was told it would be at least an hour. Not happy. An employee that was helping someone else finished up with them, offered to put the battery in for me and the rest is history. He was awesome, my truck was better and I finally got to go home after a long day. I'll go back for service like that! Update 4/17/22... needed some retainer clips and Matt and Adam helped immensely in the search. Thank you!!

I'm giving 5 stars only for one Employee named Scott who was extremely helpful when I called and told me if I call on the way he'd do curbside for me so I did not have to get my disabled mom out if the car. When I called on the way another employee said they do not do that, put me on hold and when I walked into the store with my mother, showed another employee my phone still on hold for 13 min she just said sorry we're busy. Well Scott took charge and took care of me. Thanks Scott - you should get a promotion !

I was in desperate need of a replacement bulb for my Jeep Wrangler. I was leaving for a long driving trip the next day.
I couldn’t find anyone to help me out. Then I stopped at the Auto Zone in Southgate.
I was so grateful to Casey at this location!!!
He understood my predicament and did the change for me!!!
He absolutely made my day and saved my trip!!!

I had a great first time experience with Adam @ Autozone on Trenton road. I have never come into the store needing headlights before, but he was professional, quick and super personable as he replaced them for me. Will recommend and will be back!

Employees are almost always in really good moods. Almost always say "Hi, Is there any thing I can help you with?" This store and the one in Trenton are my favorites and my first goto auto parts/products store. The really good part is they are open later than all the other auto parts/products stores in my area. I know this fact because I drive by them regularly, day or night, on my way to AutoZone. I really like that you take back my used oil, purchased from you, for recycling. Treat your employees good because they're good people. Keep up the good work.
