Menards

Wonderful store. Customer service was good. Staff was available whenever I wanted without waiting. Rebate offer going on currently. Lots of free parking. Wheelchair accessible. The elevator was out of order. Floor model items are on the second floor wrapped in plastic. You can hardly see the color and kids are not allowed on the second floor due to safety reasons. Deal items are gone too quick and will be out of stock. Lots of varieties and lots of options to choose from. Prices are ok. Nice location. Delivery options throughout the USA but nowhere in Canada. You can deliver at the store and then pick it up. They have van rental as well. Public washroom available. Clean and organized store.

Miguel was such a great help with information on where items were and deals not just once but twice in our visit to the store this evening. He is the type of employee everyone wants. He is a 10 rating for sure. Thank you Miguel!

Menards is the best hardware store around.
I purchase ALL my supplies and equipment for my painting company here. They have EVERYTHING and they make HomeDepo and Lowe's look like a candy store

I'm so happy that Menards move to Taylor, I always enjoy browsing the store as many times as I come to this store I always see new things and the customer service here is really good.

Shopping the Taylor, MI, Menards store was a good experience. This store has more stuff than Lowes and Home Depot, possibly combined. Couldn't find what I needed at either of the latter,but found an abundance at Menards

I love this place. I wish they were everywhere. It's clean, it's well laid out. They have everything and I do mean everything including groceries. The staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable shout out! Great job 👍 Great prices in fast turnaround time way better than the other big box stores.

Paint Department is an absolute banger. The Dutch boy selection was phenomenal!

I just want to highlight the phenomenal food stand. everything is made fresh right there on the flat top, and you can get burgers. it is much better than the old hot dog stands that used to be at hardware stores. This has become the deciding factor between menards and home depot for me.

Great clean well organized store. What you would want or at expect when you go to a Custom hardware home store. Nice atmosphere. I am grateful.

Clean, well lit, met with a "Hi!" as I walked in. A lot of employees asked if they could help me thru out the whole store. When I asked, the guy stopped what he was doing and walked me to the main aisle that took me right to what I wanted. Hugh store that carries just about everything needed to build a house, maintain and clean it! Good prices too!

This evening , I came in to take part of the 15% off sale . My experience was top notch. I'm familiar with the layout of this location, However I couldn't remember where the Gorilla glue was stocked. I came across a sales associate named "Derek". He provided extremely excellent customer service. It went above and beyond to help me locate the Gorilla glue. I hope that management reads this review and acknowledges him.

Always receive excellent service. Staff are extremely helpful. Never had a problem with any item I have purchased. I believe I was the first person to purchase a floating boat dock from this Menards. The dock is still in use. No complaints with it.

First time at Menards, and while I was completely lost with how big of a store it was, it was extremely clean, stocked up, organized, had time to look at it all (as I walked the entire store looking for drywall.) Not as many employees for such a huge store but I'm not sure if going close to closing had anything to do with it. But nonetheless, I bought drywall, the process while new to me, was very good and fast as you go around to the back. Help loading was available, and it was in and out. I think I will start coming to Menards for all of my home improvement needs.

95% of the staff there was very helpful and welcoming. One lady was kind of blase, and obviously didn't want to be bothered but other than that, maybe she was just having a bad day.

One young lady who was stocking shelves in the pet Department took the time to greet me and asked me if I needed any help. Nowadays? That's almost unheard of! It was very nice. I was able to find most everything that I needed and the cashier was very helpful and informed me about the rebate that was available to me.

Prices were average for the things that I bought. They do have a very nice selection of everything including food. Very nice store.

I went to the garden area and the customer service was over the top. They were very knowledgeable about their products. The flowers and vegetable plants are very healthy. I would hope that the cashier will be recognized for this great review.

This was the first Menards trip for me & I have to say…I’m super impressed! We had a $150+ rebate voucher to use thanks to their 11% cash back rebate on everything (and a new fence)!! So it cost next to nothing for a new storm door! And there was a lot of helpful staff throughout the clean & roomy store! Loved it!
