Love this store! The staff is so amazing and always makes great recommendations. The mall is so close to me and I got my whole book club to be regulars. I have a membership to this bookstore now and I love it! We’ll definitely be back!

Great staff, called ahead to get a book I had been dying to read and the friendly staff member Christa went and held onto it for me until I arrived and honored the online price due to the online order not available that day.

Store was very well organized and the staff was very helpful. One of my sons asked about a certain series and the young man at the register not only confirmed they had it in stock, he showed us where to find the books. Great deals on books for kids that were ending today, but books that kids actually want!

Honestly, this branch of books a million will always be my favorite book store. They are always extremely helpful, genuine and always give good book recommendations. The people who work at this branch are amazing people and make the whole store experience just an actual enjoyable one.

This store is in dulles town car. It has interesting board games different I haven't seen before. Also it has books and many other things to keep you busy. Neet store . Employees are very nice willing to help you in the hard to get gifts and the what to get for questions.

The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond with customer service. I like that they have a large selection of books. If you can't find what you're looking for you can always buy it on their Kiosks. I did a couple book signings here but, I thought they were awesome before that.

Very friendly customer service, good selection of books, manga (popular), and good selection of books on CD. Can't say anything negative, all books filed in the correct location even on a busy Friday night. The staff here is clearly on it.

Owner/manager is a passionate person who cares a lot about books. Recommend swinging by and picking up a book or two. They always have a ton of books of every genre.

Good book store, I just wish this has an app to make transactions easier. Their employees are always sharp to help you to search for a book. I always go knowing what I want so it will be nice if they could recommend some books

Great, helpful customer service people, good selection for a medium sized establishment, always have sale items, membership card provides good discounts and staff assist to find additional savings. Definitely worth the visit!
