Had such fun shopping for an evening gown, there was an associate who greeted me and then walked around carrying my dress and helping to match jewelry. She also walked down to the men’s section to look for Tuxedo accessories. Was a pleasant experience and I hope to do it again soon!

I went to make an exchange without a receipt. The tag was missing on my item. The clerk went out of her way to find a replacement with a tag and processed my exchange. I left very pleased and am likely to return.

About the only store that has traffic at Dulles Town Center is Macy’s. Its well laid out, great parking at several entrances, and appears to have staff equipped to help a well as check-out, which isn’t the same at many stores these days. Hope this location will stay open for some time as without it, this shopping center will not be the same.

This Macy's is a very large store. I enjoy that you are able to get around without running into someone. Social distancing is in effect however some people still walks up on you without regards to the pandemic.

I went with my nephew to get a perfume, the ladies were very helpful, clean place, lots of parking spots.

Love this location, Macy's backstage is like a whole separate store for markdowns located inside Macy's. I have not found another Macy's with this many amazing deals. It is also not very busy (except for holidays of course) and there is always a friendly employee at an available register when I need one. Gotta love that!

The person who helped me name was *Samia K.* She was patient with me, and took her time helping me select the perfect gift for my husband. This store has really great deals around the holidays. They do carry a lot of top brands. I highly suggest that you download their app and sign up for the Macy's rewards. You get discounts, coupons and perks. The store was very clean and everyone was very friendly. They all seem like they really like their job!

This is like my second home, love it!

Went to Macy's looking for a decent pair of chinos. Not only was every individual in the men's department wonderfully helpful, they also directed me towards items that would either suit my figure or my budget. In the end I found a great deal on a pair of marked down chinos that were originally $100 but were on sale for 14. Added to the fact that this location is near many an interesting lunch stuff and you've got yourself a great outing for the day
