Las Trojas Cantina

My husband and I stopped here for lunch while we were in town and we’re so glad we did! I had grilled chicken tacos and my husband had fajitas. The food was fantastic. Our waiter was super attentive without being overbearing. The best part, for me, was everything was so clean. The bathrooms were spotless!! Miguel is doing a great job managing this restaurant! Definitely can’t recommend Las Trojas Cantina enough!

Big portions and tasty food. We all had different dishes but were all satisfied with our choices. My quesadilla deluxe with chicken was great. Would recommend to anyone who likes mexican food.

We love dining here with our kids because of the cat-bot! They love watching her deliver food to tables. They have a vast menu and today I tried the fajitas Hawaiiana and it's a new favorite. My kids loved their cheeseburger and chicken fingers too.

Beautiful place, amazing margaritas, friendly staff and a cool robot! We had the Bama Margarita which came in an impressively large glass and the Black Margarita was tasty. Bean and cheese dip had a lot more cheese than expected but you can never have too much cheese! Oh, the carne asada tacos were perfect. They made the meat crisp just the way I like. Lastly we had Taco Pastor which is pork tacos that came with pineapple…very good. The robot that delivers the meals was a cool experience!

Very clean restaurant with courteous employees.

I'll definitely return here to eat on my next visit to Huntsville.

First time dining here, arrived around 5pm. One of the larger restaurants in northern Alabama with 2 'cantina bars', very clean with robotic food service that was not only unique but brought our food out seemingly straight from the oven. Manager visited our table often asking if everything was all right, and I expressed to her that our food was tasty and delicious (I had the Enchiladas Suizas and my wife had their huge Pork burrito). Great find for us, and will return with family and friends.

I've eaten here 6x since they've been open already. I love their fresh food, the friendly workers and the delicious drinks.
My ticket alone with queso was $70, so they are a bit pricey. I will continue to return though🤷🏾‍♀😂

Great experience . We had 3 different waiters serve our table which was confusing, hence the 4 star review on service. Otherwise the food was great, the prices were good and the atmosphere was fun. Good music and a little bit of a live solo artist made for a fun night out with the fam.

Unbelievable place to dine in. The food was AMAZING. Wait staff very friendly. They even have a robot bring the food to the table. The Bob Marley Margarita was awesome. Overall this will be our weekly favorite place to dine in.

I cannot wait to go back! The food and drinks were amazing. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We were shocked that the bill was not more for all that we got!!!

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a little while now, so we went for an informal birthday dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and attention to detail in this establishment! It's very pretty, from the decor to the glasses. The food was very very good. I had the combination dinner with an enchilada, hard taco and chile relleno (my favorite) a side of rice. Just excellent. My margarita was DELICIOUS. (you can get them to-go!) Our waiter was wonderful. Service is great. I would 10/10 recommend and I will be going back again.

Location is beautiful 🤩 Staff is truly attentive and respectful 🌹 I usually don’t each a lot of pork but baby I ordered Miguel’s Pizza and fell in love 🥰 spend your money here at tip the waiters and bartenders. They deserve it for all the hard work they put in.

Off to a bad start, the booths are extremely uncomfortable. My feet didn't reach the floor until I pushed the table so far away I could sit on the edge of the seat, at that point, no one could have sat across from me. I know I'm short, but this booth is made for someone 6'- 6" or taller.
Fortunately, the food was a tremendous improvement over the booth.

Chili Relleno, Beef Taco, Beans, and Guacamole Salad.
The Chil Relleno was stuffed with cheese only, my preference is beef, cheese, and onions, but the Poblano pepper was excellent, just the right amount of spicy. The Taco was packed with meat, loads of meat, it was difficult to add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese from my salad. Refried beans and Guacamole Salad were both good!
The waitress who took my order was great, friendly, and professional.

Food delivery was the most entertaining, unexpected event I've had in a long time! They have an AGV (automatic guided vehicle), aka Robot, delivering your food (assisted by a human). She is a cat. If you touch her "ear," she says, "I feel itchy." If you pat her "head, "she says, "Your hand is warm." It was just adorable! It made me laugh and was a bright spot in my day!

Several months later, still a delightful place, including service, food, and atmosphere.

They easily accommodated a large group of about 30 people for a birthday party. Food was all brought out together, and as far as I know it was all correct, tasty, hot and timely. We will be back the next time we have a large group gathering. Thank you Las Trojas for a great experience.

I can honestly say that my experience eating at Las Trojas Cantina was a memory I will never forget. I can sum up my dinner there in one sentence and you will realize how unforgettable it really was. For the first time ever in my life my friends and I were served our food that we ordered by means of a authentic, sassy, and not bad looking ROBOT! If I was attracted to ROBOTs I definitely would have asked for them digits. My Life is now complete and I can go on knowing that I have experienced this phenomenon and made a new friend who happens to have good work ethic. AHHHH!!! GREAT TIMES!!

The shrimp tacos are amazing! I would highly recommend trying the new taco bar! The new restaurant is beautiful and spacious! This is a great place for large groups and special occasions (they even have a private room). It is family friendly and a great experience over all!

This was our second time at this location. Or mochajeti was excellent and service was great. Only issue was our table was lope sided and everything kept wanting to slide off.

Food was fantastic! A ROBOT brought our food, which was super cool. They make fresh tortillas in front of you. Manager was nice and readily available for questions.

Grabbed dinner after a long day of travel. I had the veggie soup with a side horchata and everything was delicious. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Highly recommend.

Never have had a bad meal nor poor service for lunch. One of my go to places. After living 16 years in New Mexico this is closest to their food I can get around here. Still looking for a huge breakfast burrito with Xmas chili topping and cheese.
