T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Bri, the store manager, was outstanding in every respect! She helped us port our phones over to T-Mobile and eliminated all problems. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her, her staff and T-Mobile!

We had a very complicated and difficult time trying to get signed up on a new T-Mobile plan that involved “porting” our phones to T-Mobile from another carrier. The Palm Coast store manager, Bri, was absolutely great and simplified the process for us! We couldn’t have got through it without her. Because the process was complicated, it took Bri three days to solve it. We highly recommend Bri and her staff at T-Mobile for outstanding and knowledgeable assistance with any cell phone issues!

After a year of going to a different local T-Mobile store and not receiving world class customer service, I went back to the original T-Mobile store. I was greeted by Iyanna who I remembered sold me my phone. She immediately reminded of how friendly, product knowledgeable, and helpful she was when she sold me my phone two years earlier. She listened to me and made recommendations specific to the type of phone and features I was looking for. This time around, I needed a new phone, a new protective case, and a screen protector. She listened, and I left this particular T-Mobile location happy I received above and beyond, world-class customer service. I felt well-taken care of and confident that I walked out of the store with the products and services right for me. I reflected briefly on my frustrations with the previous T-Mobile store that could have had my business a year ago. Iyanna gave me peace of mind. I will only go back to this T-Mobile location for my wireless service needs.

The ladies at this location are awesome, I would recommend them to friends and family! Bri, Cardi and Iyanna are the 3 you want to see! If you have a problem they are sure to solve it!! Go in and tell them Dorothy sent you.

Great service, I was in search for reliable internet and the nice gentleman at this store help me get my account setup and my new 5G Home Internet. No issues with TMobile internet service works fantastic with great speeds! That said, TMobile phone support is very helpful that I’m considering switching my phone carrier to TMobile. Might as well since I’m using there internet.

Kevin and hope we’re incredibly passionate and helpful in my experience. I went there several times and each time Kevin demonstrated compassion towards his customers and was always working hard to give the best fitting phone and deal to the customer. It’s difficult to find employees that are that invested in not only the company they work for, their peers, but also their customers. You can easily tell the structure and expectation at this store and has begun to set a higher standard in palm coast on what to expect at a store.

This store saved my sour taste of T-Mobile by the other store (by Taco Bell) . This store took only five minutes to fix my issue. I spent two days in hell in this store (hrs and hrs) when this store only took 5 min. I think his name was Kevin that helped me. Thank you Kevin for saving my Day!
Do not go to T-Mobile by Taco Bell or you will spend your whole day there.not only that!!! They like to con you into ther stuff too.If you like that kind of service bring a pillow with you!

My T-Mobile screen protector was damaged and I stopped at T-Mobile Store 835D located at 800 Belle Terre Parkway #108, Palm Coast, Florida.
Iyanna D. was about to leave and stopped to help me replace it. Since the other customer representatives were busy with clients. She did an excellent job on removing, cleaning and replacing the protector.

Guy and Phillip were awesome. When Guy wasn't available, Phillip stepped in to help. A third associate (I didn't get his name because he was helping customers) kept making jokes and kept me laughing. I have never had a bad experience when visiting the T-Mobile store. I have been a customer close to 15 years.

I called ahead because the other store didn't have what I wanted, they did, they had awesome customer service and it was a quick and painless upgrade!

Mac and Martinez are wonderful! After years of being robbed of quality service by at&t, me and my mother decided to change our family phone provider to T-Mobile. Mac and Martinez made what could’ve been a arduous experience very pleasant and comfortable. They were so unbelievably kind and patient with all of our questions while providing answers honestly and I really do appreciate that. Once we left the store with our new phone plan, we felt very confidant and satisfied with what was offered to us. Amazing customer service! A++

Absolutely LOVED the service here with Mac(Malcolm)! Literally one of the sweetest guys I’ve ever met! We have 3 boys and they started to get a little rowdy in the store. Mac offered lollipops and it shut them right up!🤣 He knew A LOT about the products and services and was able to provide us with great information. I will always come to this store for Mac!! Awesome job

Iyanna was so amazing! She gave us the best options for our money. She was so sweet and helpful. We visited from New York and she was very relatable being that she is a former New Yorker! Great experience with Iyanna. Ask for her when you go.

I had to switch SIM card and phone. I walked in and was greeted. Iyanna was amazing. She walked me through every step. She was super knowledgeable and amazingly friendly! If you have anything you need to do at T-Mobile, you should do it here!!!

This location exceeded my expectations. The associate who helped me find the device I needed, also took the time to explain to me how to use it. Great customer service and service after the sale. I recommend this location if you are in the Palm Coast area. I believe the young lady's name is Nicole.

Mac was such a kind, professional and highly knowledgeable expert!! We really appreciated and enjoyed his best service. From we opened the door, he made us feel very comfortable and welcomed! We highly recommend him and this store for your future tech devices service.

Martinez is awesome, I had issues with my account and he was able to fix everything right away for me. He is very thorough kind and helpful. This was my second time being helped by him, he goes above and beyond each time. He’s the best!
