DTM Computers

The tip of my laptop charger broke off and got stuck inside the charging port. I tried to remove it myself but couldn't succeed. Fortunately, a helpful technician was able to take it out in seconds, and he didn't charge me anything for the service. Thank you!!!

My son did his first build last night and it didn’t turn on. Went to another place to see if they could help and I felt as if I was about to get scammed. So I drove down the road and found this place. I couldn’t be happier. Nathan was willing to not only help on the spot but he would talk to my son and show him what he did wrong. He fixed the issue without robbing us or trying to take advantage of us and I totally recommend this place!!! This is like old school computer shop where they actually enjoy doing it and want to help. So happy I found Nathan and DTM COMPUTERS. If I could give 10 stars I would.

my MacBook Air was randomly turning on and off, they cleaned my laptop as it was getting hot, I'm up and running again! the customer service was outstanding, I called inquiring about the status, he said it was fixed, but they closed at 2pm( which it was 2 pm! I guessed they would say come back Monday, but the man I was speaking to, Mr Sam Hong said he would stay open for 30 minutes so I could get my MacBook! I call that SERVICE! and DTM computer was very reasonable in price!
I highly recommend DTM computer and if I need more computer service I'll not hesitate to give them my business! 10 stars!

DRN computers is one of the only places in Huntsville to get PC components from a retailer. If your looking for used or even new pc parts for a less than retail price, this is where you need to go. Excellent staff and excellent service.

This is the only place I would bring my computer for repair. They are professional, competent, and quick. If I could give them more stars, I would. This is the first time that I’ve had a need for repair on my laptop. There may be other companies that do as well as DTM, but when you have a company that meets all the criteria for competency AND customer service…why go anywhere else?

I have been using DTM Computer for about 15 years . They have built my last two computers and do all of my repairs. You can pick out your case and they will work with you and recommend the parts that you need for what you do to make the fastest most economical computer to fit your needs and expand them later if you need more. They will take the parts you pick and build it for now additional cost. The best part is that you don't have to deal with the big companies for OEM parts as they use standard parts and you always have a place to get repairs. They will back up and save your data and reload it after repairs are done. Sam Wang the owner will stand behind their repairs. The tech support guys are friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. I have sent several friends to DTM and they have been returning for their needs. They have good used and refurbished computers for low prices. I don't go anywhere else and about ready to get my third computer built there.

The owner is AMAZING and an extremely positive contribution to the Huntsville community needing computer parts and computer repairs. Prices are a lot lower than rip off GigaParts in town. Amazing store. He diagnosis my computer for free.

Highly RECOMMEND DTM!!!!

Had a service contract with Best Buy. Took my computer to BB to be fixed. BB sent it OUT to be fixed. A month later got a call stating BB couldn't fix my computer and they were sending it back. I will NEVER get a contract with BB again.

The day I got my computer back I took it to DTM. DTM had my computer fixed and back to me within 2 days!!! Employees are friendly and helpful. They even backed up my computer as part of their service. Will DEFINITELY go back, if I ever need their service again!!

Great service all the employees there were very nice and fixed my MSI laptop. Now it's extremely fast. The price was a little excessive but I understand. PLEASE go here if you ever want your laptop/tower fixed.
