Answered all my questions, I wanted a new battery in my laptop, he was honest with the price and actually told me it would be better to get a new computer because mine was so old. He was willing to do it, but he was giving me the best advice, so I didn’t waste my money. Rare quality in today’s world!!

After helping my family with many computer issues, Adam has become my go-to person for any technical problem. Among other things, he has cleaned up and revived an old PC, repaired my Mac and made it faster, suggested software that has been very helpful, and even streamlined a rather complex media system. I appreciate that Adam not only suggests ideas that will make our computer and media system more user-friendly, but that he also makes sure we are comfortable (and competent) with them before he leaves. I will be calling Adam again if/when another problem occurs and will recommend him to friends and family.

I'm an IT Director and reached out to Adam to do an equipment install in an office we were expanding to. Adam responded to my first inquiry and was quick to communicate (I do this a lot and I'm used to inquiries being totally ignored). He was easy to schedule an appointment with and prompt on the day of install. The equipment setup was very smooth with clean wiring and attention to detail. My end user hasn't had any issues since the initial install. I wish I could find techs of Adam's caliber in all of the cities we're expanding to.

Adam could not have been more helpful. When he diagnosed my old Dell with a dying hard drive, he recommended a new setup after carefully listening to my needs. As a single 66 year old lady, Adam has been a God-send to me and my computers, phones technology etc. He is dependable, extremely knowledgeable and professional!! He is willing to help with Comcast issues and other issues as he can. He takes care of my computers on a monthly basis, for a very good price. When I have a problem, he can come to my house to help me, or he can log into my computer from his office to help me. Highly recommend Adam!!!

Adam was very patient and took care of all my computer issues, both hardware and software based. I signed up for his services even though I'm looking to move to the DC area, because I know that having Adam monitoring my system will put my system in good stead for smooth operation in the future. And when something does break he'll be available with just a phone call and a remote access operation.

I can't say enough about Adam's work. He came to my house and saved all our files from a Linux home server that we could not log into any longer. Adam set up a new router and ensured that it worked across the house on multiple connections. He also reset a laptop that was useless to me because of a lost login password. Adam was extremely diligent and I appreciated his professionalism.

Adam has been awesome! The first time I called was on the weekend and I had downloaded a virus. He got me all straightened out at a reasonable charge. We set up some safeguards and I signed up for virus protection and now back ups as well. I recently had another virus and he spent 5 hours working on my laptop! Being able to have things fixed remotely is so wonderful--no need to take my laptop in and then wait for it to be repaired. I am a Realtor and use my computer all day! Lucky day for me when I found Adam (through a family member). My computer life was a disaster. I just plowed ahead and never looked back to servicing, maintaining OR protecting my computers until it was almost too late. He replaced my crashed SS drive. Patiently restored my files from an external backup. Recommended & added a mirrored backup drive, including cloud backup - to prevent future loss of data.

When my computer refused to connect to the internet, I was desperate for a solution. Checking out computer repair companies, I saw that Adam makes house calls and I knew he was the right one. He came quickly, asked the problem, sat down in front of my computer and started working fast and furious.
He not only fixed the problem, but cleaned up some files on my computer that were slowing it down and upgraded me to Windows 10.

As a 63 year old, I know enough about computers to get myself into trouble. I originally got help from Adam to clean up a lot of computer problems I had created myself. Since then he has helped resolve online security issues as well as suggest ways we can help to keep things more secure. It is very easy to get help when there is a problem. I email the problem, they get back to me when I can get a call, and then the problem is fixed. Easy from start to finish. I am still getting excellent help even though we have moved to Minnesota.

I went through Microsoft Office Tech Support and Quick Books Tech support for the past 2 months and neither one was able to fix the issues i was having.
