They have a great team of experts which provided me with personalized and knowledgeable support all the way until the end. They are great at communicating, understanding, and transparency. They truly value you as a customer and guide you through everything along the way helping you individually based on your particular situation. While I was enrolled in the program I was always able to reach an expert through email or by phone with no issues at all always answering all my questions and concerns with a great attitude. I never encounter an issue while working with them! I can go on and on talking about all the positive feedback. I’m so grateful for Family Credit Management Services and their team!

Family Credit Management helped me get out from crippling credit card debt without cancelling my cards! Knowing I could have the just in case option was key in getting through these last almost 5 years without using them. The people at FCM were SO nice and flexible and not at all judgmental. Family Credit Management quite literally saved my life. I was young and didn't know how to properly use a credit card. I heavily used my cards and got my self into a good amount of debt, I was in school so I couldn't work alot. I was paying the minimum which was all going to interest payments. I was making no progress in paying off my debt, thank God for FCM. Signing up with them my credit cards completely turned off the interest. I finally was going in the right direction and paying off my debt. God Bless FCM, they really saved my life.

2 years ago I found myself overwhelmed with debt that I searched high and low for help then I found family credit after my husband talked to me about other debt companies, it felt overwhelming and I felt like they just gave me too much or just talked a big game. I didn’t feel a relief until I stumbled across FC. I didn’t feel pressured to sign up, there was no talk about “ lawyers” or excessive fees… most of I felt ashamed for my stupidity…. But then FC came along and I didn’t feel pressured or ashamed. Everyone there is amazing and accommodating. I started off with one plan that happened to be a little bit too much for our income and was able to go on a different plan. THEY WORKED WITH ME then talked to companies. They understood and didn’t make me feel more stressed out than I was before. At the end of the day we all make stupid mistakes and we learn from them, but sometimes we need guidance and that’s where FC came in.
So if you’re like me and made a stupid mistake please don’t do any further research because I have. I’m telling you after dealing with multiple companies, family credit is the place to go.

I have been using them for less than 3 months and one of the four debts is almost paid off! Other debt consolidation companies make you miss payments for many months before negotiations even start. This company didn't do that and the process has been so simple!

This company is 5 stars. Competent, caring, courteous, friendly are just a few ways to describe their staff. From the start they were professional and calmed my fears completely. Family credit has been so incredibly helpful with taking care of my debt. Because of them, I’m now debt free and it took only about 2 years!! The payment plans are incredibly flexible and reasonable and if anything ever happened and I needed to reduce my payments, the option was available! I was able to change my autopay date to align with my paydays when they didn’t align with my due date. 10/10 definitely recommend family credit if you have any outstanding debt that you need consolidated!

Fast, easy and professional. After my initial contact with FCM, getting account numbers, balances and such, the process was so easy. They contacted all my accounts and negotiated a VERY low interest rate and payment schedule. I just made my final payment and received an email letting me know that they would cancel my auto payment and that the contract is complete. I have spent the last three years rebuilding my credit and I am now better than ever.

Pretty good company I liked them very I did branch off but I'm almost paid off my old credit cards .. I recommend them too everyone 9-10-24

I've been with the program for a few years now and they have been the biggest help with tackling my debt. They negotiate with your creditors, answer any and all questions you have, and work with you to make sure your debt is being paid off. I'm proud to say as of 02/06/24, I am debt free!!!

I was frantic when I first contact Family Credit, just barely making minimums and never getting ahead on credit cards I had used to stay afloat. Thanks to them, I didn't have to file bankruptcy, just bought a brand-new house with nothing down and no co-signers and was able to replace my poor dead car with one nine years newer, again with nothing down and no-cosigners. Thank you, thank you, thank you Family Credit! It took patience and budgeting and in one emergency, the team at FC were able to work with me so I didn't fall behind again.

*Update* Never in a million years did I think I would finally receive this message. "Once this payment has been processed and sent to your creditors, your account with Family Credit Management will be closed and no further payments will be withdrawn from your bank account. We are grateful you placed your trust in our organization! Congratulations on completing the plan and becoming debt free!" My last payment is scheduled to be drafted today (June 20, 2024). This program does work and has been such a blessing for me! All of the staff are kind, supportive, and helpful. Thank you all for helping me! I highly recommend this program to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed with debt. You won't regret it!

I highly recommend Family Credit Management! I started using them October 2019 because my credit card debt got out of hand and I was not making any headway on my debt. I had never missed a payment to my creditors, but my debt never seemed to go down even on accounts that weren't being used. From the beginning, the staff members at Family Credit Management have been very kind and understanding. They explained everything to me and answered any questions I had.

Even though I have a few more years before I can say I'm debt free, I am seeing my balances go down. For the record, yes, your account(s) enrolled in the plan will be closed and you may take a hit initially as far as your credit score. It's just temporary and no reason to panic over. In my case, it actually helped my credit score, but each case is different. If you hang in there with the program and make all of your payments, your score will increase. Just give it time. You didn't get into debt overnight so getting out of debt will take some time as well.

Family Credit Management did all of the work by negotiating interest rates with my creditors and now, they are making the payments to each one. All I have to worry about is having the funds available for them to take my payments. Since my debt is rather large, the amount I have to pay each month is split into two payments. I set the dates for the payments to be drafted each month and Family Credit Management handles the rest.

I have a huge weight off of my shoulders and know that everything is being taken care of. Thank you, Family Credit Management! You have been such a blessing to me! I can't wait to be able to post an updated review stating that I'm debt free!

Outstanding service! I came out of a relationship carrying all of the debt caused by my partner's unemployment. I wanted to avoid bankruptcy at all cost so I contacted Family Credit Management.

I never met anyone in person. It was all online. They were very professional and clear about their service and charges. They took over working with my creditors and making arrangements about my debt. We set up an auto-pay on a payment schedule that worked for me. I NEVER had to deal with that debt again. I just sent them the payment every month and they took care of it.

Took me a few years to pay. But Family Credit Management made is easy to do! Saved me from bankruptcy, and saved my credit score! That has improved dramatically. I can't thank them enough.
