I’m 70 years old, been in a lot of vape stores. This Shop exceeds all of them. Well stocked, knowledgeable and so very helpful. The whole staff is friendly, always. My favorite is Leana. Always greets me by name when I walk through the door. Remembers your discounts ( cause I don’t) that’s important. If you haven’t been to this vape store, you really should check it out.

AMAZING prices, employees are very respectful and will hook you up big time if you're a regular, especially Gavin and Richie. I will be returning time and time again. The BEST smoke shop within 15 miles of Van Alstyne hands down! Prices are truly unbeatable and they are always willing to price match and work with you if you're struggling financially to an extent.

I would like to take the time to edit this review and add that the young lady named Leana up at the shop seems to not understand or comprehend that customers are just here for light conversation during checkout, then to leave. We do not come to conversate about your life problems for 20 or 30 minutes straight. A lot of us are in a rush and have places to be. We stick around and listen for as long as we can to be respectful but ultimately, this will not work in the long term and is becoming frustrating. It is reaching a point where I am avoiding showing up during the hours that she works which is in turn effecting business. Nothing personal of course, I just don't have the time or patience to have long conversations every single time I show up. Additionally, Leana has been there for about three months now and has yet to really get into learning product. I am often having to point and direct her to the right product when she should already be educated and trained properly to know exactly what to look for most of the time when there is a request. It is my opinion that the shop should consider hiring a new employee and cut ties with her. I hate to have to say this but it just isn't gonna work.
