Great store very helpful and knowledgeable got plugs and wires and a new belt...

I was at the AutoZone on Jordan Lane, store 2328, yesterday, and the employees went above and beyond to help me with my truck. I was on my way out of town and a warning started beeping and a light flashing check charging system . When I got to the store Sydni tested the battery and charging for me, and said my alternator was bad. Juan, Shay and Rona tried to help me find someone to put it on but everyplace was booked up. Even James Dowd, the DM who was there for inventory helped. I told them if I could get the belt back on I would do it myself. Robert and James helped me put it on. I finally made it to my destination, a couple of hours late, but I made it. This store has an amazing crew!!! They could have just sold me the alternator and left me to figure it out on my own, but they didn't. My thanks goes out to everyone that helped me!! I appreciate you all so much!!! Next time I need anything I will go back to store #2328.

I went.to the auto.zone on Jordan lane and they were remarkable. They helped me with everything that I needed and were very patient with me. Its definitely the besr autozone in town .

I called the store first to see if they had the battery I needed Ron the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful courteous and knew exactly what I needed and said it would be there waiting on me.
They were very helpful courteous knew exactly what I needed I also needed a tool to make sure that the battery was properly removed. The price was very reasonable then when I brought my old battery back they gave me the core charge return was very helpful

Juan went so far beyond normal customer service to help us with a battery warranty.

It was a great experience. All the employees there are awesome. Its my go to AZ. I literally will drive 20mins out of my way to visit this store. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

Rondarius was wonderful! He helped my daughter when her car battery died and I was over an hour away from her. He was polite to her, made her feel safe and was efficient with his service. So thankful for great employees like him!

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to point out how great my experience was at this location. I came in stressed, never having my car battery die before, and not knowing what to do and the gentleman who helped me (I think his name was Trey?) was very calm, patient, friendly and overall great to work with. I really appreciated his calmness because I was very anxious about the entire situation. 10/10 customer service. I would absolutely recommend this store if you are ever in a car-related situation.

Had to come over from the Madison Blvd location to get parts that were in stock at this store. Staff and management were very helpful and did well with a busy moment as several customers came in at one time to be waited on. They also made sure I had the right parts before I left. Needed to get a scanner for my Ford Van. OBD1. Ron M Was very helpful and had an uplifting attitude. It was but a small interaction in my day that I appreciated. Hope the guy gets a credit he deserves for being courteous, friendly and helpful.

I had SUCH a wonderful experience with J.P. and Rona when I went on a rainy day and needed windshield wipers! They helped me immediately find the type I needed, showed me them in the aisle, AND HOOKED THEM UP!!! Even when they had to troubleshoot different connectors - they kept going. I feel soooo happy!!
