Jessica at this location genuinely cares about the customer experience. I came in a 1/2 hour to close for a low beam bulb and she stayed till close making sure the bulb was correct. Also would like to mention she did all this while training a new hire. 5stars to you Jessica, your eagerness & willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed.

I was at the Advanced Auto today and the manger I believe her name was Jessica she was assisting me but seemed to have little to no knowledge of were things were in this location also the difference in parts I normally don't complain but this lady had no knowledge at all and in my opinion should be demoted as I grew more and more irritated I don't know if she is the assistant manager or just and employee but miss Carmen stepped in and took over she absolutely went above and beyond . Was very attentive, and went over all my options and prices. She showed me the true definition of great customer service I have been in customer service for over 10+years she was absolutely phenomenal I will only deal with her going forward and also should be the manager over this location atleast a raise we'll deserve

Carmen and Alex are such a great asset to this store ! I came in and needed my alternator tested. Carmen came right up to me to help me without me even needing to ask her for help. ( Which is such great customer service in my eyes. ) She called Alex over to help assist me and he did an amazing job testing my alternator for me and telling me what I need. All and all I will be a returning customer because of these two ! Keep up the great work !

Went there and Carmen helped me install my windshield wipers. Service was fast and efficient. Carmen was very helpful and very friendly. I recommend this store and ask for Carmen she helped me in many ways!

Today I had an awesome experience at this location. First off they are dog friendly which is awesome.. but I love dogs... I went into get some headlights for my Nissan I was blessed to received them for free. The feeling was unreal that something like this happens. Thank you to the staff for being so very helpful and friendly.

Always helpful staff! Prices are good. Limited selection of OEM parts but they can order them and it usually only takes a day or two.

I usually go to the Andrew Jackson location, it's closest to my house. I like the store alot, it's well lit, clean, and the people that work there are kind and eager to help you out so go down there and get ya some car stuff, I do all the time.

I've been going to Advanced Auto for years. About a month ago got a replacement starter, which my spouse was able to install. Today the issue was my battery.

A friend helped jump my car and followed me to Advanced Auto Parts near my home. One of the sales associate, a lady, told me all the potential things that could be wrong with my car based on what I told her. She then pointed me in the direction of her coworker Deanoh as he was helping a mother with her car battery. Deanoh checked my battery and found that was the issue. They were out of stock of the less expensive battery so Deanoh told me the cost of what they had in stock. I told him unfortunately that price is just about all the money in my checking account, that I would have to make due with jump starting my car, and that I really appreciated his help. My friend and I were working on jumping my car for work. My friend's car has a plastic plate obscuring the battery from view. Deanoh showed my friend that he actually had easier to access areas to jump batteries that my friend didn't know about. Deanoh then was working on my battery. Little did I know he had found a battery in the store that had sat on the shelf for over a year, couldn't be sold, and he was installing it in my car free of charge. I don't expect kindnesses like this, gave Deanoh a hug, and told him I would be back as I need to get supplies for an oil change soon. Deanoh not only went above and beyond evaluating issues: he educated us and made sure I had a battery even though I couldn't afford the one they had in stock. During such hard times this means the world to me and I will consistently return to this Advanced Auto Parts for all my automotive needs. If you go in there make sure to say hi to Deanoh.
