Otis has been a friend since 1991 and I can say this , he teaches respect, honor and love for others along with of course self defense when needed. Fantastic man!!

I’m a former student of Burwell’s Martial Arts from having being bullied, confidence built, a state champion to a national champion earning my 2nd degree black belt… Burwell has really been a great inspiration in my life. Burwell's Martial Arts has been the best experience in Martial Arts. As someone who was an athlete then adult life forced me into finding options for fitness, Burwell has given me a new vigor to push the limits. Otis Burwell is a man of integrity, strength, perseverance, tenacity, warrior mindset, confidence and excellence. All those attributes is what he instills in all his students no matter the age. A great atmosphere for learning and for a family to grow.
