I have only ever had my water tested here and bought some basic pool supplies, but the experience has always been pleasant. Everyone is always polite & helpful. Today, Mason was above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me a ton of tips. Great job!

I come to this Pinch A Penny weekly. Most recently I had my roof replaced and solar panels tossed. My pool wasn't running properly after the panels were removed and I’ve been unable to filter the pool. After trying to get help from multiple solar companies and pool companies, no one waned to fully listen and understand what the issue was- until Alysa. For two days, Alysa gave me recommendations on what to do, trying multiple things to see what works. She even went as far as FaceTiming me so she can see what was going on and helped with the different trial and error projects she had walked me through. A literal ANGEL she is.
Even though we didn’t get the issue fixed, she figured out exactly what I needed and we scheduled service with ease.
I can’t thank Alysa enough. She was the only person of 5 different companies that truly wanted to help me. Thank you so much, Alysa and thank you John for bringing her on your team. 👏

Great experience followed up by even better ongoing support. Filter broke and they sold me a new one. Knew they had a sale coming and they gave me the advance sale price. A few weeks later the sale price dropped and they chased me down to give me back $100. I tried to ignore Jonathan's calls but he kept calling until I answered so he could give me money. My permanent spot for pool needs going forward.

Great knowledgeable people that go above and beyond! Our pool is sparkly clean with the weekly service plan. The techs do a wonderful job making sure everything is perfectly clean and balanced. They also make sure to properly secure the property before leaving. Very happy with their service! If you’re thinking of pool service, I highly recommend pinch a penny.

I was initially a little worried about hiring a retail store to rebuild my pool, but I'm so glad I did. The team at pinch a penny helped me upgrade pumps, controllers / automation, a heater, fix lighting, and replumbed everything. They even helped me purchase the equipment at various times based on when there was a sale versus just sending me a single invoice at full price. Their installation team is knowledgeable and did a really good job for us. Would definitely recommend them.

I get my pool water tested here every month. Convenient and has all the products I need. Very knowledgeable techs.

We use them for cleaning our pool and they not only do a great job with that but they provide amazing customer service. Our dogs will bark when they come and it can wake up our baby if she’s having a nap during that time... I asked if they could call me 15 min before so I can get the dogs away to keep them quiet.

They did that and I missed their call so they didn’t end up coming out of courtesy for the baby. I called them back and they came out their way and schedule to still make sure we got our pool serviced.

They went above and beyond what any business should and I appreciate that so much!

Staff is friendly and accommodating, quick with water tests and very helpful in finding the products we need to get our pool in top condition. Their service department has always been able to repair any problems that we've had pretty quickly. They're even good about helping you troubleshoot problems over the phone that might save you a service call.

John came out to our new home and we had a pool school lesson. He was so helpful and took the time to make sure we got started on the right foot. We took in our water sample to the store today and Lisa was very helpful with getting our first water testing. We are definitely planning on going back. Thank you!

Always had good experiences with this place! They’re super knowledgeable and friendly. Recently moved into a home with a pool. It had some unsightly staining. After getting the run around from a couple other companies and being told “your best bet is a total resurfacing ($4000)” John came out and told us he could get it looking way better for much less. Two weeks later my pool looks beautiful. I’m so happy with it! Thanks guys!

The Pool School appointment I had today was incredibly beneficial. We've never owned a pool before and the information about what we should be doing to keep our pool maintained was very valuable. Brian was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I would recommend this service to anyone new to pool maintenance.

Buying replacement grids for our pool filter I was helped by the staff who had them in stock and surprisingly on sale. They even showed me an easy way to reassemble the assembly. Very helpful and most important Knowlegeable ! I can’t say enough about their patience as well.

The people at this place are very nice and very knowledgeable. I have found them not only helpful but willing to freely offer discounts and coupons that I was not aware of. very honorable people to deal with.

Today I went into pinch a penny to refill the chlorine jugs. I had my 8mth old son in one hand with 4 empty jugs of chlorine. The gentleman driving the pinch a penny truck came and grabbed the jugs. Refilled them, checked me out and loaded them into my car. Thank you so much for making that a very easy trip to the store. I truly appreciate your help.

The employees are highly educated and informative. Always have a solution to my pool problems. With the free water screening it truly makes this a 1 stop for all your pool needs.
