I have been here twice, once for myself and once for my toddler. Excellent care and service were provide both times. From the admin staff to the short wait, the cleanliness and the providers’ professionalism and kindness, I was thoroughly impressed! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my family! I’m sure we’ll see you again soon, whether I like it or not! :)

Everyone there, from the receptionist, to the nurse and doctor, were the nicest ans highly competent people I've experienced in healthcare!!! honestly based on the low average star reviews my expectations were low. Very pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in 20 minutes, maybe less.

Excellent service and care from the entire staff. The place was really busy, and the staff performed extremely well under pressure. Forget the one-star reviews you've seen. They're nonsensical. Solid five stars.

The lobby was clean and pleasant. Short wait, very very kind staff, Nurse Joni was wonderful, Dr. O'Neill was terrific! I am so pleased and would come back for certain and recommend this walk-in clinic to everyone.

I'm really pleased with my experience. I was seen immediately. All the staff were so kind. Kim, the nurse practitioner that saw me, was simply wonderful. A very positive experience even though I was feeling so poorly.

I went to the Walk-in Clinic in Kennebunk one day after leaving work feeling very ill. I didn't even wait 5 minutes before I was seen. All staff were so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Didn't have to wait long good service

Got seen today for constant nausea. Been dealing with it for a week now. Went in without an appointment at 10:40 am. Waited until 11:30 to be taken in by a nurse. Waited in the room for the doctor for another half hour. Doctor comes in at 12:00 ish and spent 10 minutes with me just to tell me he thinks it’s IBS. He said he’d order some blood work just in case. I then again waited until 12:45 to get my blood drawn by a nurse. I walked out of the building at 1:00.

This place is ridiculous. Wasted 2 hours sitting and waiting just to hear they think it’s IBS? Seriously, come on. Felt like the doctor didn’t even read my symptoms. All he did was lecture me about what IBS is.

The only nice person I saw was the nurse that brought me in. She tried drawing my blood twice and couldn’t get my tricky veins which is normal for me and asked for help from an RN.

The RN was so rude to this poor girl and acted like she was stupid. I felt so bad cause it’s a me problem not a her problem. This RN was disgustingly rude. I wish I remembered names.

Final note: go literally anywhere else.

Very unhappy with this office. Lost my PCP at the Saco location because she moved. I chose a new one at the Kennebunk location. I called to arrange my first appointment to establish with new doc and was told I couldn't be seen for 4 months because I was considered a new patient. Finally I got in earlier (because I needed to see a doctor) and agreed to see someone else. I liked him because he spent time and didn't rush me out the door. Well that is wonderful except for now when I go for an appointment I have to sit and wait an hour over my appointment time because he does take time with his patients. I was really upset last time because of course we cant all be at the doctors for a check for 2 hours. I was asked multiple times if I wanted to reschedule. Well that's not that simple for us all, especially after you just ruined half your day for a doctor's appointment. When I was finally called in the medical assistant said " You seem really upset and frustrated when you come here, maybe something else would work better for you". There was no apology, it was if you want to be seen on time you can schedule at 8am or 1pm, and this is the norm and I should expect it!!!

They told me I was fine and sent me home with no paperwork or medication. I ended up at the ER later that night and spent hours there! I would never recommend this place.
