ON 8/11/2014 I WROTE TO BEKTROM FOODS ABOUT A FRUIT COBBLER MIX MADE BY LORETTA TO ASK ABOUT THE DIRECTIONS THAT ARE LISTED ABOUT PUTTING FRESH PEACHES IN A SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE OR FRESH PEACHES PACKED IN SYRUP. THE LAST THING IT TELLS YOU TO DO IS PLACE THE PEACHES EVENLY ON TOP, BUT DOES NOT SAY TO DRAIN THE PEACHES FROM THE SIMPLE SYRUP OR CANNED PEACHES FROM ITS SYRUP. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONED TO MY MESSAGE AS YET. SURE WOULD HELP TO KNOW, I MADE IT ANYWAY & DRAINED THE PEACHES FROM THE SIMPLE SYRUP I MADE, TURNED OUT OKAY, VERY GOOD IN FACT.

Contacted them about the Loretta bacon and ranch pasta missing the sauce packet, and no response. No phone number to call them. Very poor service.

Bought a box of Loretta Gourmet Chicken Stuffing. We were unable to eat it .Way way way too salty.
