Idk why other reviews report problems since I have had mostly a good experience. Maybe it's a particular employee? Not sure.

Service needs some work but they were able to confirm overnight shipping of a replacement cpap when mine broke. Only reason I didn't give more stars is because the lack of comunication.

Getting harder and harder to get supplied. Calling and calling, nobody answered but left many voicemails.
I did finally get ahold of somebody after the 3rd try. Lady was very polite and helpful.

Horrible experience with this company. My appointment to get my c-pap machine was ridiculous. Employee just got back from vacation and was completely unorganized, didn’t have my insurance correct, rushed through the appointment, and provided me with one of the worst masks ever. Somebody did not input my insurance correctly because to this very day, I’m having issues with harassing phone calls about updating my insurance with them. There’s nothing to update. I will probably take my business elsewhere because this is unnecessary stress and frustration that I don’t need in my life.

Workers/employees our totally rude and inconsiderate .they dont communicate with patrons or help. They had my pregnant wife sitting waiting for 2 hours for nothing then started shutting off the lights closing, just to tell her to leave they can't help her. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else after this experience.

They are no longer part of Promedica. Promedica sold all of their home medical business. When they did that they dumped all of their patients without notifying them of the change.
