Customer Service is amazing. Some times I have to admit finding someone in the aisles to assist you is difficult. I bought a refridgerator in the appliance deparment and they were super helpful and patient. I was able to order what I was looking for and the price was amazing. The only thing is it was expected to be delivered a few days afterwards then I got a communication from Home Depot that I was looking @ over a 1 month time to deliver. Aside from that the cashiers are always smiling and greet you with a "how are you today". I am glad Home Depot still has the human element in their stores while it feels like this is disappearing everywhere @ retail establishments.

I had a great experience with Reggie in the window blinds department. She was able to solve a problem I had, and recommended very beautiful, but inexpensive options. She cut everything up for me, and it all fits perfect at my house.

I had a great experience yesterday buying a large cactus in the garden center. There were many varieties of cacti, aloes, and other succulents in addition to other indoor and outdoor plants and pots.

Went in for something I saw online and it ended up cheaper than the price they had online. Someone was able to help me locate it and guide me to where I can find what I was looking for. Great customer service

The customer service person, Carlos, who helped us in many aspects, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with information about pavers, staining the pavers, and selecting the best grass seed for our needs.

My husband and I were in Home Depot yesterday to check out a barbecue. We couldn’t immediately find it, so asked where it was located. The customer service we received from the staff was just amazing. The representatives take you where you need to go and make sure you have all the information and assistance you need.

We decided to purchase the barbecue, but had no way to get it home. We ended up renting a box truck from Home Depot. The price was really reasonable. The customer service gentleman offered to move the truck to the front of the store, helped my husband load the barbecue, and then even strapped it down for us. His name is Mark.

I can’t tell you how impressed we were with the assistance provided to us, all done with smiles and positive attitudes. I wish I had gotten all the names of the helpful workers. They deserve praise! Thank you, Home Depot, for making us feel appreciated. Outstanding experience!

I shop here a couple times a week. The trade professionals are on duty first thing in the morning (ie: plumber, electrician, etc) and are always very helpful with troubleshooting and planning projects.

Love the plant sales they have ! Just one thing they should have veteran parking like Lowes and I love their monthly kid workshops

This is a well maintained store with helpful staff. There's ample parking and easy access.

I bought irrigation items and was pleased most of the items I wanted were in stock
Also, got some fresh plants

Home Depot is by far My favorite hardware store. I like the huge variety of products & the prices are fair too. Also, it seems like All of the people that work there are super friendly & very helpful! I would recommend Home Depot to anyone. 😊

I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen through home depot's kitchen department. Their designer, Kim, has been with home depot for a number of years and is very knowledgeable. There are a number of home depots that are closer to my house but this location's kitchen demo section is twice as big as most and I wanted someone who had plenty of experience. Kim helped my husband and I design a kitchen that fits all our needs and stay around our budget. She understood what we were looking for and didn't try to push or talk us into anything that we didn't need. She made suggestions that were brilliant but would immediately respect our decision if we said we didn't want something. At the end of the design/ purchase process there was a misunderstanding that concerned me. However, Kim and her management team worked to find a solution that ultimately ended up being in my favor. They kept me informed and touched base with me multiple times while the situation was being resolved. It would have been easier for them to ignore my concerns but they took them seriously and showed a lot of integrity in the process. I would recommend this store and this team to anyone who is looking to remodel their kitchen.

I just got off with Melissa at the Pro Desk at the Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant location and I’m blown away with her customer service!! Top Notch!! She placed my order and did a physical check for one of the items!! I don’t want this to go unnoticed!! Good help is hard to find these days!! Give her a raise!!

It's a great store with great staff and great service I have shopped in just about every Department there and always can find help with a friendly smile or they will take you to the place you need to go to find what you need bathrooms are clean pet friendly kid friendly always something fun to do or look at at Home Depot

Easy to find what I was looking for. Associates there always walk by and acknowledge you and ask if they can help find what I couldn't find. This associate knew exactly where it was and took me to the item which saved me time and frustration.
So nice because you don't get good customer service these days. Most will tell you they don't carry it when they do. They don't know or point in a direction to tell you where to look but not show you and usually it's not the right place. Quick check out. Overall a good day experience.

I stopped in to pick up an order and watched Rhett assist an elderly lady at customer service. His patience and kindness was incredible. Kudos to him!!!

It is your typical Home Depot. Expect that. They have a decent lumber selection that I can grab in a pinch. Employees are decent.
