Rock River Tower Apartments

This was a HUGE change for me. Irena was in touch with me right away….literally guided me through the process of renting my beautiful space after owning for decades. She and Adrian made the process comforting and seamless! I’m so excited for this new chapter and look forward to this new life at the Tower. It’s so uplifting with great guidance and neighbors. No regrets in my decision. Thank you both!

I recently moved into these apartments and so far I really love them. It was remodeled very nicely with up to date materials and new appliances. The materials go well together too. The best part by far is the view! Especially as someone who WFH, I love having an interesting scene. I worked with Liza throughout the process and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love the design and aesthetic of my apartment. It’s sleek, renovated, and an inviting place to call home, especially with the amenities offered in the complex. Nymia was great! Showed me several apartments at Rock River, they were beautiful with great views. Loved the openness of the floor plan. Really appreciated how accommodating with my schedule to make it work so I could see them.

Irena, Adrian and their management team are warm, professional and highly expedient. A wonderful welcome when moving through a different phase and new place! During the time we lived at the Tower, Irena went above and beyond, always. Her knowledge of property management is vast - as a former manager myself, I was grateful knowing we were in the best of care. We will miss the river life!

Liza was amazing to work with! Reliable communication and quick showings made the process so smooth. Though in the end, my partner and I went with a condo, we will miss out on the glorious views of the Rock River! Thank you again, Liza.

Mr. Adrian Jaboin was immediately responsive to my inquiries. His efforts to arrange for my preview of the property in a very timely fashion was so appreciated. He answered all of my questions followed up quite nicely.

The Pre-Move in and move in process was great with Liza. She did a good job showing the different options and explaining the move-in process. Made the whole move easier. The building itself is secure and in good shape. Maintenance and building staff are quick to respond to requests and ensure they get taken care of. Plus, can’t beat the great view of the river.

The staff at RRT is very helpful and attentive. I worked directly with Adrian on a leasing issue and he was able to remedy very quickly! Much appreciated!

It's always hard moving to a new apartment across state borders but Liza has made the process quick and easy for me. She is always quick to respond to my questions/concerns and coordinated well with my family and me during the whole moving process and during the process of finding the right apartment complex for me. So happy to have found this community!

Scheduling showings with Irena was so easy. She was very flexible and friendly and showed me 3 different units as well as the highlights of the building.

Adrian was very helpful and while we didn’t end up choosing this property, his attentiveness and communicative ability helped us greatly.

I lived at RRT 6 years and loved the views and fun atmosphere! Living right on the river was so peaceful especially having coffee on the dock. The environment is friendly. I made lots of great friends there. I decided to buy a condo because I wanted to own rather than rent. Otherwise would have stayed. They are making some great improvements that will make the place even better in the long run.

Liza (leasing specialist) was the best! She made the move/application process so easy and smooth. It was amazing working with her!
