"I've been here for at least three (3) years, possibly closer to four (4). The management and staff treat me decently and with respect. They are on top of all of my requests. They always seem to be willing and able to listen. I can't think of a valid reason to complain. If I ever do, I'll share it. The management tries to run this place decently and properly. I LOVE my view!"

Skyrise seems to be more than a fair choice for price quality ratio in Rockford, and the new management seemes to do a very good job so far. Beside, it has facilities that others doesn't have, and is in a very convenient location. Walking distance from main attractions.

Started moving in on 5 June 2023 and completed moving in on 15 June 2023.
Nice and quiet.
Rent $575.00 per month.

Rose the property manager is amazing. She is helpful and definitely works with people if they are not happy with things. She is very good with making shure maintenance is on things.

This is a really good place to live the environment is good management is really awesome they fix any problems right away

I work here as a Home care Aide for a resident here. The staff always greets me when I arrive. Great,warming place.

They're very nice, and helpful. Rose is hard working and professional.

Because my aunt said that its costly and there's belly enough noise.

I never got a parking space,I ask for one never got one I have to take my car to my son's because I got a warning on my car

My Mother has lived in this apartment building for 30 years. There are 7 parking spaces for visitors. Today I took my Mom her groceries (she is 97) and there was not one visitors spot available. I usually park in the grassy area where they tore down a vacant home. Today there were 6 Nicor trucks parked in that area which left no place for me to park. So I parked where I could so my Mother would have her groceries. I received a $103.00 Parking ticket. This is unacceptable! They need to check the visitors that park in the visitors spots because some of those cars have not moved for days.
