I am extremely grateful for Beltone and their staff. On Tuesday, 3/19, for work purposes, I was told that I needed to improve my hearing. I called Beltone in Haines City and they got me booked in as fast as possible and over the phone guaranteed they would help me.
On Friday 3/22, I go for my appointment at 4:00pm and I was greeted professionally by Marilyn who checked me in and handled all paperwork accordingly.
Sandy did her best job to find me the hearing aid that best helped me and assisted in calibrating it, and Christopher did an amazing job performing the hearing tests I needed along with some fine tuning of the hearing aid.
Ultimately, I left the location with a hearing aid in a timely manner. I am forever grateful for Beltone for their assistance in my moment of need. Don’t hesitate in visiting Beltone in Haines City.

I was on vacation and my hearing aid was not working, as it got moisture or something in it. I went to this location and the receptionist tried one thing, using a closed fan, and it did not work. She then asked the provider to take a look (keep in mind the lobby is getting busy) and they were able to figure out the problem. I am so thankful for their generosity and patience!

Chris is very helpful testing my hearing, I recommend him very highly for anyone wanting their hearing tested

Sandy was a very caring young woman who knows our hearing struggles and recognizes that we are all different. That meant a lot to me versus my Costco 30 minute time limit interaction.

Sandy checked my ears for wax and then demonstrated the Beltone hearing aids. She was thorough and helpful. I have to find out why Rextone took their app off of my phone, which I need to adjust them.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist my needs. The physical Sandra is very helpfully and is always positive .She listen carefully and answer all the questions. I would refer the office to anyone.

Always a great experience with Chris and his team. They listen to my needs and give as much time as you need to be sure you leave the office with amazing hearing.

Beltone stands by their product and even in a walk in they will happily address any issues. Their service is beyond a 5 star rating.

Had the most wonderful experience with these fine people. Receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. Made the sign in quick and pleasant. The Dr. I saw (Chris) was just a super guy. Friendly and funny. He did all kinds of magic tests and adjustments and explained everything thoroughly so even I was not overwhelmed or lost.
Thanks to all for the great experience to hear better again.

Went in for a simple ear cleaning, probably one of the best doctor's experiences I've.. experienced! Tonya was warming on the phone every time we spoke and Chris was amazing at explaining my situation and the best methods to help me after my visit. I will absolutely be seeking his help again if I ever need it!

I had recently bought new hearing aids. I noticed an issue. Original office not as helpful.
I was seen today at this office and issue resolved. Treated me better than the original office where I got them. I plan to switch locations. Sandy was FABULOUS!!

It was AMAZING!! Beltone is the BOMB. We will never go anywhere else again. We are so very thankful for not only the location but the awesome and very personal attention we got from Sandy. She is such an asset to your business. We can’t sing her praises loud enough. After experiencing other (non Beltone) hearing aid companies for several years, we learned things we have never heard before about hearing aids. And after just ONE visit! We will definitely be back and never go anywhere else again.

Had a very good visit with Chris at the Beltrone office in Hanes City Florida. All my questions were answered after testing my hearing and showing me the results. Very pleased with the appointment and made a decision to proceed with a purchase.

Chris is the best. We’ve been coming to him for four years. Never has he once not treated us with respect. He is a blessing to us. We have d since our last visit and we now love 1hr away. We will not ever leave this office. The staff is also very nice.
