As fate would have it, our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest nights of the year. I called Custom Air Solutions first-thing in the morning and was so relieved to hear that a service technician was in the area. The receptionist I spoke with was very cordial and attentive. Shortly thereafter, Ricky, had our system back up and running! Thank you Custom Air Solutions!

One of the few companies out there who understands what customer service is all about. This company hires quality individuals that provide excellent service, the kind of service that makes you feel like you're part of their family. The lady on the phone was incredibly kind and accommodating for my needs in getting my AC fixed before a heat wave. The man who helped fix it was super helpful and got everything in working order very quickly. Highly recommend.

Technician out for an after hours call on a Friday afternoon after our AC took a dump and outside temps were in high 80's. He diagnosed the issue of having a bad fan motor, called a local warehouse who had one in stock. Tech went to get the part, came back and installed the part and got out air up and running. AC worked fine for about an hour and then stopped again. We called the main office and the same technician called us back just a few minutes as he was on call. He worked to help us Try and diagnose the issue over the phone, but we couldn't get it going. He without hesitation said he would throw some clothes on and head back out and this was after 10PM. Came back and tinkerer with our AC until it was running again and he stayed to make sure it was not having any issues. My family, including our pups, are super thankful for Colton!! We are very impressed with Ricky the Technician. He’s extremely professional, trustworthy and courteous. Ricky was able to identify a problem in our system and repair it quickly before it became a major issue. He has very good customer service skills.

This company was referred to me by my neighbor after her AC was repaired at a very reasonable price and fast service. They could not repair my old system but installed a top notch (and more appropriate size for my house system). The techs and installers were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a nice change to work with a company that not only fixed my problem but took time to get me the best possible AC for my space. Very comfortable referring these guys to anyone with heating cooling or service needs.

The tech that assisted me was thorough and very knowledgeable. He gave me honest answers and wasn’t just trying to sell me a product. I will defiantly continue to use there serves in the future.

Our A/C stopped working on a very hot day. Ricky came to the house that same day and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He also explained the issue and answered my questions. Very thankful!

AC went out at 9pm on a Friday. Called Custom Air and their tech Ricky was at our house by 9:30pm and had the system back up and running by 10pm. We paid the after-hours/emergency rate which was not cheap, but well worth it for this level and speed of service.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Their business approach is based on honesty, integrity, and The Golden Rule. Another company had told me that my heat pump was on its “last leg” so I decided to shop around a bit and asked them to come out and do an estimate to replace my heat pump. I was impressed with John immediately when he asked me how old my heat pump was, and based on my response, assured me that he was not out to sell me something I did not need. After a thorough and knowledgeable inspection of my heat pump he reported that he couldn’t find any problems with it and told me it didn’t need to be replaced. When I thanked him for his time and his honesty, he simply said that’s our business model.

Called this company for my dad's house during this amazing heat dome with crazy temps. They were so accommodating and courteous this will be the only company we deal with for HVAC in the future. My dad is napping already in the cooler house temperatures! Thanks so much!

My air conditioner stopped working Monday July 1st. On the 4th I googled HVAC companies near me, clicked on Custom Air Solutions and put in my information on the website. On Friday the 5th I received a phone call from a very nice lady in office and she was able to work me in. I received a notification that a tech was on their way (about 2 1/2 hours earlier than what was estimated) but my wife and I had just gone into town so I called and the nice lady said she would call the tech and it would be after 2:30. We got home a little after 2 to see a Custom Air Solutions van in a guest spot, the two techs already had the problem fixed. Thankfully it wasn't a major problem so with the diagnostic fee I was told it was $273.

Both techs were nice and professional. I'm hoping I don't need HVAC repairs again but if I do I'll call Custom Air Solutions first!

Very quick response time and knowledgeable technicians from the first phone call to the repair with a guarantee of workmanship. These attributes are hard to find these days especially since I went through 2 other HVAC companies that did not compare to Custom Air Solutions. I wish I would have found this business sooner but I am thankful that I did and will be using them solely for maintenance in the future and recommend them to all. The technician even thanked me for my military service and that was truly appreciated.
