Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had a great experience renting from Enterprise. The staff were top notch and the car was rented was perfect for our trip. We had no problems with pick and drop off of the car. We will be renting from them on our next vacation.

Rented a vehicle for a few weeks due to an accident… Colt and staff were wonderful to work with and explained the whole process very well. Also answered any questions I had. Thank you Colt and staff for making a bad situation better by the quality of service I received!

We had a great experience reserving and picking up our rental vehicle. They gave us a luxury Jeep Wagoneer, which was very nice. We were driving around business executives for the weekend, so we were glad to have an upgraded vehicle. Ashley at the Rockford location was friendly as well.

I had a really good experience with Enterprise from the staff to the rental vehicle. It was all pain free which I really appreciate, also I like how you can opt for paying for the fill up when returning the vehicle at Enterprise when you rent it at a lower price than if I would of payed at the pump before returning the vehicle. I’ll use Enterprise again for my next trip.

Have rented through them for an insurance thing a while back and we rented an altima for 10 days and it was simple and easy just make sure you confirm your puck up time

All cars were taken with my insurance job, I prayed to the car gods and showed up anyways, they jumped through hoops and found me a truck to rent. Car was clean, new, and their service top of the line. They have my future business.

Ill just start off saying I've rented from this location many times and have been satisfied with the rental cars I've had this time not so much reserved a mini van over a month in advance for a family of four only to be called an hr before my pick up time to be told they had no vans due to a recall wich was only for the hybrid vans so all they had was a small suv not to mention I had to cram my family to drive to Florida wich I was pissed about then upon driving down the check engine light kept going on and off reducing the power of the suv significantly keep in mind this was a brand new vehicle it was very stressful driving back I couldn't push it at all in fear of being broken down on the side of the road so I had to get a hotel room and extend my rental an extra day so it wasn't so stressful trying to get back home went to return the vehicle only to see the lot full of vans I explained to the manager the situation and they were understanding and apologized I had to ask for some type of compensation and offered me a hundred dollars off wich was in my opinion not enough I asked to be compensated for my fuel cost wich they did refund some it used more fuel than it should have I received a call from the manager in Iowa explained the situation and they offered to compensate me for the hotel that I had paid for we shall see if it happens all in all they did try to make the situation right and go the extra step to make sure I was satisfied I will be renting from them again the customer service was very nice I will give them 5 Stars only because they reached out to me to make it right thank you very much enterprise

Yes this is thee best rental company location hands down I have rented from hertz Avis budget I think hertz the worst actually!!! Lets do the comparison Hertz vs Enterprise hertz gives u older rental cars the weekly rate is a bit smaller on paper but u literally have to sue for ur 500 dollar deposit back vs Enterprise 300 hundred dollar deposit which not once did I ever have to ask about in fact one time I got it back in like 28 hours I know that because I was shocked I counted the hours it was so fast.. it depends on ur bank of course.. The cars are always reliable n poppin because I travel for a living atm I just don’t know what I’ll do if I didn’t have Enterprise Fr.. Hertz claims they putting a hold on ur money hol time until u renew u don’t get charged they claim but its withdrawal from ur account tho and u end up paying 1/3 of over what u were supposed to😢Enterprise takes the money right away no holds no gimmicks u pay get ur car and go swear unless they can’t identify u them that’s something I don’t know about.. What else.. they have all points u can rent cars w i literally had 4 free days ❤ in a 5 month span I earned nobody does that not to mention I just found out today that they got a leasing program I’ll look into that for y’all.. The Freeport location was very nice people but the prices was to high weekly.. keep in mind the weekly rate goes by the location and the amount of cash cars they have fyi. 1 con is Nothing got cha!! Go on a road trip n pick up a car from enterprise they the only company this far w no hidden fee or agenda ❤

When ever we need to rent this is definitely our go to location. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We just rented last weekend and the young lady Fatima Sula was very polite, helpful and simply just friendly. It's makes the experience so much better. Always recommend this location if looking for a rental.

The experience with the Enterprise rental process was a 5-star experience. The associates promptly greeted me as I entered the office, even though they were busy with other customers. My info from my online reservation was readily available and my vehicle was ready to be checked over. The associate was thorough in his check over of the vehicle and answered all questions satisfactorily. I was very pleased as the entire process was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Enterprise for my next vehicle rental!

Friendly staff, clean vehicles, and good prices. I definitely recommend this location when you need to rent a vehicle, they actually have the car you reserved online.

Thoa, Jalisa and Fatima and JR are all awesome representation of excellent customer service, I rent cars here often for work and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are going above and beyond my expectations they are wonderful to talk to and interact with, when u need to rent definitely go and see them!

They really looked out for me got a good rental through my insurance company and enterprise made it happen

The hold time for calling is much too long but otherwise this was the most enjoyable rental car experience I've ever had. A helpful and pleasant staff including my attendant, Kenny, who went above and beyond to try to track down my garage door opener. This would definitely be my first choice for a rental company in the future.

Ms. Ashley Ramos took very good care of me during this entire process. Mr. Stonecipher was also helpful. My only disconnect was trying to arrange for someone to come get me. The 800 number said this was available at this location but when I called the actual location, they said they needed 24 hour advanced notice. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before having to Uber over to the site to rent the car. Also on the website, it did not give you the direct line number to the location (I had to go through the 800 number first). Overall very positive experience

I got referred here by RMTD drivers. Great price and service. I loved the vehicle.
