I travel all over the country and this AF FITNESS is a favorite of mine. My home gym is in Ammon, Idaho and I love my home gym but this location has 2 large rooms of an outstanding variety of equipment as well as a downstairs room!!! Which I took full advantage of to use the punching bag!! Love AF Fitness!!

I love this place! And about 25 others not quite as large, nor quite as clean across the country. Though to be fair and accurate, they all are exceptionally clean. THIS one additionally has beautiful and expansive functional areas, a larger than average plate loaded area, and Sports on one of the Big TV monitors!!

Did 10 minutes in the tanning bed. Going for 20 tonight.

The largest, fully equipt, 24/7 club in the area! Anytime in Tomah has tons of group training options and times which is perfect if you want a coach every time your in the club! They also have great trainers who will work with you one on one to help you meet individual goals. The club feels more like home than a gym.

Very nice and helpful employees and have a wide variety of equipment, I have been going there since may 12th, it's now July 10th and I've lost 17 lbs... results will vary of course

4 months at this gym and can easily say its the best gym in Tomah, clean! With great staff and great equipment and atmosphere! Easy choice when in Tomah!

This is a fantastic gym. It is open 24\7 with great security. An outstanding variety of exercise equipment. As well as free Wifi and tanning options.

I love it there I've been losing weight and having fun I love the massage loungers I love the red light therapy I never have to wait for the equipment it's always clean and bright and everybody's always smiling and enjoying themselves

Great gym ,always clean, staff is very kind and welcoming ,has everything you need for a great workout

I use to frequent the gym with my buddy Cannon Ball. Got a kick out of doing squats. But since the “accident” had to leave town for a while.

It looks small from the outside, however plenty of space to have a great workout.

Decent 5 dollar daily fee for a passer-thru like me. Nice little place
