Hart post office staff are always helpful and knowledgeable about any customer needs. Very friendly too!

So cool, it looks like back from the 1900. It's historic that's for sure. it's really neat. Next time I go in I'll take pics.

I just received my college degree in the mail. On the packaging it says “do not fold” it was in the mailbox all folded up and my diploma ended up being creased and bent. When my mom went in to talk to them, they informed her that “fold” is not part of their language, and it must say do not bend. I am really disappointed as I paid a lot of my money for my degree when it was just bent up and thrown into the mailbox.

My new postal carrier refuses to deliver packages. It's a 40 minute round trip for me. Do your job

This is my local post office, and right now in the winter, while all the snow is coming down instead of leaving the mail in our mailbox, (That was empty) they left our mail on our steps outside in the elements. They didn’t even prop up the mail in our doorway.

Covered in snow and wet beyond belief. My mail pretty much ruined. This practically forces me to rent out a PO Box. I can’t have this keep happening from the Post Office.

Went to drop off my packages on Monday, and they were closed for no reason. Went back on Tuesday to drop off my packages and stood there waiting for someone and no one helped me or acknowledged me. One of the workers walked by the window and still nothing. Obviously they saw me they just kept talking in the corner. I ended up leaving I don’t need to waste my time.

I'm SO tired of NEVER getting my mail that is in my informed delivery tracker and then i end up with other peoples mail ALL the time i seriously think they NEED to reconsider 88th ave and W. Van Buren ave's carrier because they are terrible i feel like the person is just rushing to get done early so they can go home not caring if they do a proper job....

i have gone 5 times and they still can’t send my mail to my new direction
