I am a working Maine Guide and needed a new outboard for the flats boat on which I do fly and light tackle charters. I shopped around and was dreading dealing with ANY local marina based on the way I've been treated in the past. In short, if you're not dropping hundreds of thousands of dollars with them, you're not a priority. From day one dealing with Curt at Yankee, I was treated like gold. I received a very fair quote on my outboard, it was delivered and installed on schedule, and the installation was clean, unbelievably professional and clearly done with great care. A week after i picked the boat up, I received an unsolicited call from Curt to find out how I felt about the performance of the boat. I told him my thoughts (I had some concerns) and he said he wanted the boat back in immediately for adjustments. The updates improved the performance 100% the personal treatment was unexpected and refreshing. I'm a customer for life now. Thanks so much, Yankee, for outperforming your giant, turn-and-burn competitors. You guys care, and it shows.

Can't say enough great things about Yankee and Deb and her staff. This is one of the best protected marinas on casco bay but not great in the summer for sailboats because of the long commute out the royal river to get to sailing ground. We've been here for winters for about 10 years. Great email communication too. Storage and commissioning online forms are handy but don't rush through them. Read carefully to understand all charges.

Customer service is outstanding and I say this because even though I do not own a boat they always help me and are kind. That goes along way that so when I get a boat I will use them
