It's always nice to do business at a place where the staff recognizes your face and treats you like a person.

My name is Sue Wolfman and I want to say that this branch was my saving grace. I wouldn't of been able to get help if it wasn't for this branch, but these people were my guardian angels and I am safe again. I don't know what happen to the two reviewers down below, but oh well. Since I have had nothing but great from here I am staying. Thank you.

At first I was excited and the customer service was wonderful. They called me to let me know of specials, if I wanted a savings. Than between that time and now I had to change my view on this bank on 7th and the branch. The manager here was helping me with a dispute that didn't need to go through afterwards. I cannot recall her name, but she gave me no choice If I wanted a new debit card or not, Just canceled my card without giving me a choice. For a simple dispute? Paypal does this everday and never has to cancel or leave people without their money. It was the weekend and they are closed sunday, My only day off to do anything. Than when I decided since I am not going to be given a choice in the matter of my own money and choices regarding my money, I wanted to close my account. Cashed out & the attitude I recieved from this bank manager was autotune, dry and rude. Id much rather just go with money cards than to ever deal with banks again.

Bunch of crooks! I am currently going through my statements and finding out how much money they stole from my family and reporting them to the federal reserve along with going to small claims court. Ive had a $140 "fee" with no explanation or reason and then after adding up my deposits and what's been spent found hundreds of dollars missing with statements showing no charges for the missing money...
