Went to Nancy Wymore for a mortgage loan she knew from day one we wanted to use a VA loan that my husband had earned and had every right to use. We should have walked away multiple times from all the red flags (asking us for the same paperwork multiple times, telling us conventional loan was the only route for us, lying to our realtor 48 hours telling her we were set to close on time, to telling us 2 weeks out from closing she couldn't get us a VA loan in time...when she'd had the paperwork for 2 weeks already and we had been pre-approved ). The list literally goes on and on. We were lucky to find someone else that took the challenge on the day Nancy dropped the ball and he made it happen and we closed on time. Just be aware that Nancy will lie and weasel her way into pressuring you into a loan that does not fit what you're looking for only to benefit herself. By far the most unprofessional women my husband and I have ever dealt with. The only apology we got from the CEO/president was that Nancy should have known from the day we submitted our offer that she wouldn't have time to make it work and she should have asked us to try for a later closing date.....so obviously they don't have a problem with her unprofessionalism or how she treats their members either.
