Maria was my main contact while going through this horrible situation. It never mattered what time I texted her (day or night) with questions or concerns, she took the time to walk me through each individual scenario. Maria chased down answers for me, comforted me when I was panicking about the case, and answered all my questions (there was a lot). She even wished my little nephew a Happy Birthday. Never did I feel like a burden or an issue. After leaving the review I was contacted by the law firm. They were very kind, patient, and apologetic when listening to my concerns. After speaking with them I understand the circumstances that caused my concerns, and realize that they were unusual circumstances, and not how things are typically handled at the law firm.
